Excellent - coming back
Short walking distance to Ayala center. Warm welcome from reseptionist and staff in breakfast buffé. The few things they did not have I got right away when I asked for it. Good quality on cable and nice pool on roof. No bugs or low water problems. Wifi was working. This is a place to come back to.

FORFERDELIG..
Støvete skittent rom som har et minikjøleskap som lekker vann og fingermerkene over hele døra,manglet informasjonshefte om hotellets fasiliteter,mørk og skittent bad med vann fra dusjkabinett som renner over hele dogulvet,vann fra doskåla lot seg ikke spyle ned og en kvalmende lukt fra klimaannlegget.En av lyspære ved nattbordet var ødelagt og kabel-tven var i sorthvitt farge.Informerte nattvakten på resepsjonen om de problemene og lovte å ordne disse.Var borte halve dagen,da vi kom tilbake på hotellet oppdaget vi at ingen hadde kommet inn for å rengjøre rommet og ingen hadde kommet for å fikse problemene.Kaffen smakte meget bitter som den hadde ligget i trakteren i flere timer,kyllingretten hadde rå kyllingbiter.fikk en lapp ved nattbordet som sier at en av håndklærne var ganske skittent og vil at jeg betaler ekstra PHP 330 for tillegg.konfronterte de igjen om dette og spurte om bevis,da vi brukte våres egne håndklær når vi dusjet denne dagen og kun brukte deres håndklær for å tørke bort dusjvann som rennet og laget vannbad over hele toalettgulvet.Jeg kan kun nevne 2 ting som er bra,de sikkerhetsvaktene ute som var behjelpelig med å finne drosje og behagelige puter..rester var ren mareritt.spar deg for hodepine og unngå å bo her.

Flott hotell med god service. Anbefales
Vi overnattet på hotellet i 1 uke. Ved ankomst ble vi veldig godt mottat. Det er en flott lobby. Personalet er meget serviceinnstilt. De var hjelpsomme med det meste. Vi kjøpte frukt som vi tok med til hotellet, og de kuttet og skrelte og serverte til oss på rommet. Frokosten var god med et greit og variert utvalg. Rommet vi fikk var nærmest nyoppusset. Kjempe flott (bedømt etter Norsk standard). Alt i alt et meget flott hotell som anbefales på det varmeste. Vi kommer til å booke igjen ved neste visitt.

Fin opphold.
Oppholdet i på hotellet var fint. Det ligger veldig nært Ayala senter og er et fint utgangspunkt. I forhold til prisen er dette et fint hotell. Wifi fungerte svært dårlig ved at en måtte logge på hele tiden. Godt fornøyd og kommer igjen.

Just a walk away from Ayala Mall!
Very nice hotel and staff. In close proximity to the Ayala Mall that you reach by crossing the main road. Comfortable room with nice bathroom.

Booked with family with 2 small children. Staff was good at the front desk when we came in. However when we got out of the elevator to our room, there was a certain smell you could notice already. It was ok for us adults considering the building is old. Once we got in the room, the smell just got worse. Moldy, old wood, dusty smell combined. AC released dusty smell as well. We had to open the windows but ddnt help. Dim lighting like a dungeon. Booked for 4nights and we thought maybe we could stay for a night as we were tired from a long flight and probably the smell would go away. But to our surprise when we opened the bathroom, the smell and dust just got so much worse. The towels folded were dusty, stinky and a little wet (non negotiable!). As a person in uniform, I know my husband would be ok with some discomfort or untidiness but even him could not take it anymore. Kids and I just started coughing. This is our 12th hotel since we came in the Philippines and first time we experienced such a disgusting place. Photos were deceiving. Would have been nice, location wise, as it was walking distance to Ayala. But we did not want to ruin our last days of stay in the Phils. It was cheap. But you could also get same price with other hotels that have better condition. We checked out after over an hour in that room. Told the staff of our experience and he was kind enough to offer alternative room but we prefered to just stay where we know its clean and more comfortable.

The front staff wasnt too accomodating and interested in helping us out with dining references when asked aside from referring to their own restaurant. I also asked if they have a free shuttle from hotel to airport but was told it is busy and instead recommended hiring their contact and pay $2000 for van that would take us to the airport. The bathroom floor had water leaking from somewhere. It was always soaked whenever we come back from our tours.

This probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for a long time and I have stayed in many hundreds. This hotel is trying to be something it is clearly not. The staff are clearly trying to operate around poor management instructions and policies, and most of their income would be generated I guess around functions. 1. Poor wifi signals throughout the building - a quick internet search shows this has been a common complaint, but clearly no one has done anything about it. 2. Hardly any water pressure through the shower 3. No hot water 4. Demand for a high security deposit on arrival, though room paid in full in advance 5. No phone in room 6. Demands to pay for any additional complimentary water - multiple times they were asking for 20 peso. 7. Room service food closes at 9:30pm, though this is not published anywhere. 8. Tired and dirty public areas, but rooms are clean 9. Staff trying their best. 10. This place is more like and should be branded, rather then ‘Diamond’ to ‘Bronze suites and residences’

If you want a good breakfast, get down early. The staff did a lot of running around but there was always something missing from the breakfast buffet. Always a smell of curry, even in the hotel room, maybe our room was above the kitchen exhaust

総合的に快適でお得なホテルです。
アヤラモールに近く、スタッフの方もとてもフレンドリーな方で安心して滞在できます。またハウスキーピングの方も直接会ってはいませんが置き手紙をしてくれるなどとても印象の良い方たちなので、私は荷物を心配することもなく安心して滞在できます。次回もセブを訪れる際は滞在しようと思います。

Location Great, Internet Service Poor
With a 4 night stay I was happy with this hotel's comfort level, service, breakfast and room functionality. It is also quite easy to get around and centrally located. I use mostly public transport and walk so from here many destinations are under 20 min walk or short ride. Taxi almost not needed. The biggest down side is WiFi. They are 1 block from Ayala Center, which is full of Call Centers and Fiber Connections but the hotel is unable to provide a stable connection. I could not stay here again especially if I were working. I think in 4 days I had about 3-4 hours of reliable WiFi service! Totally unacceptable in 2020!!

日本語がわかるスタッフが一人もいません。 ランドリーのことで、ハウスキーパーとフロントで言うことが違い、キャンセルしたのに、すでにランドリーに出されてしまい、仕上がりもいわれた時間より遅くなり、チェックアウトするにできない状況になり、、時間をむだにしました。その点以外は、モールにも近くいいホテルでした。

직원모두 친절하고 좋았습니다. 청소도 항상 잘해주셨고 물어보는것도 친절히 답해주셨고 건물앞에서 출입검사 일하시는 분이 제일친절하시고 기억에 남네요 다좋은데 딱한가지 침대시트가 아주조금 더러운것같았습니다 매일 갈아주셨지만 조금 간지럽고 찝찝한 기분이 들었습니다. 그거외에는 다좋았어요~

ショッピングセンター徒歩圏内
アヤラショッピングセンターまで徒歩で約10分弱の場所にいちしておりタクシー移動が多いセブでは好立地といえると思います。部屋は清潔感がありました。がセキュリティボックスがありませんでした。 エレベーターも2つありますが1つは稼働せず。 喫煙者の私からは全室禁煙はちょっと辛かったです。

comfortable though old hotel; good thing is they accommodated my request when my family requested transfer to another room; needs renovation and repair (esp. plumbing due to odor coming out of pipes) to update it.
