There are no curtains to block out the flood lughts from the parking lot so i suggest an eyemask. Pictures on site are deceiving, cases of toilet paper stacked in lobby etc.

Took our 84 YO father in a wheelchair there. It was a very nice property. Clean & comfortable bed. NICKY showed us room options & was very accommodating. Quietest night ever in a hotel.

Rooms are smelly, back entry door didn’t lock, lobby restroom was filthy toilet had not bee cleaned the whole five days I was there. Room wasn’t vacuumed, had a toilet leak reported not repaired, wall outlet need replaced (cracked) sit on bed light plug falls out. Lobby furniture stained. Smoking was going on in rooms and pet should be limited to designated rooms for those that have allergies of animals.

Outdated. Toiletries were minimal, no extra night stand, ac button was broken, iron was broken. The door had an inch gap on the bottom to where we could hear the hallway noise and the light was coming through. The lobby smells of smoke, the staircase stunk.

Check in went well. The hotel has some random updates but nothing major. The room claims to be smoke free but smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The bathroom had several small holes in the walls and the sheets had random long black hairs. We overheard another couple in the hall talking about the same issues. We figured we could complain but would probably find the same problems in another room. The hotel needs a deep cleaning and overall maintenance. The breakfast was probably the highlight of the hotel. We stayed 2 nights. It worked for a short stay.

The property was a problem. Tv didn’t work & the one person staff did not know how to fix it. Had to be moved to another room. Also elevator quick working just as we were getting ready to check out. Had to take all our luggage down the stairs.

We arrived and there was a hole in the bathroom wall where the door opened so clearly they need a door stop. Overall the room wasn’t clean and we checked out a day early.

Decent and Safe Feeling...
Very decent place to rest for the price. It was clean, quiet, and peaceful. Staff was nice. Room was a little outdated but it wasn't bad.

Would not book this hotel again
The parking in the front of the hotel was limited and most nights we had to park in the rear and walk to the sides or the front to enter the building. Every time we walked out of our room it smelled like a wet fish market and there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom did not have a vent fan to vent out the steam from showering. I would not recommend this comfort inn.

Slightly disappointed
The hotel and room was run down. Our hotel room security lock was missing from the door. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was dusty. The tolet paper holder was loose. The shower faucet was broken. There were no hooks to place a towel on.

The location was convenient to restaurants, but the room had a terrible order and we had to cut the trip short. I went to the front desk with the concern and they offered up Febreez. I also offered to clean the room myself, but they did not have bleach. Not a good experience.
