Min erfaring på dette hotellet var skuffende og langt fra forventningene. Det burde markedsføres som et 'luksuriøst hostell' siden det føles som et billig overnattingssted. Inngangen til rommet er plassert på utsiden av bygningen, krever at man navigerer gjennom folkemengden ved uteplassen for å komme seg inn, spesielt om kvelden. Støyen fra uteplassen gjør det vanskelig å sove, og det føles som om man sover midt i festen. Prisen står ikke i forhold til kvaliteten; det koster fire ganger mer enn det burde. Totalt sett en veldig skuffende opplevelse.

A very niche and quirky place to stay. Rooms are very unique but excellent. Staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Only thing I could fault would be that the water within the room wasn’t very warm

Lovely stay at this hotel, right in the town centre so easy access to everything. The staff at this hotel are by far the best you could ask for! Nothing was too much trouble so thanks very much for helping towards our first experience in Amsterdam!

It was fine when we checked in and they were friendly at the front desk, but it isn't really a front desk because there are only there at certain hours, so if you need help later in the day you are out of luck. This became a problem when mosquitos were all over our room, we found out the were coming through the ac/heating unit and we were bitten up all over. When we went downstairs to ask for help, no one was there and the bartender said they knew nothing about the hotel. We had asked them to change our sheets one day and they didn't, we had to ask again the next day. Also we were on the top floor and we could still hear the club on the bottom floor, I can't imagine how loud it would be and how impossible it would be to sleep if we were any lower down.

Väldigt nöjd
Väldgt fräscha rum och välstädat. Branta trappor så inget för den som har svårt att gå. Lättare frukost som serverades liknande en afternoon tea, superfint och gott. Jag kommer boka det här hotellet fler gånger.

Disco room
We stayed in the disco room and had a lovely stay. The hotel was very close to the town centre and everything was within walking distance. Staff were friendly and welcoming and kept our bags when we had checked out so we could continue to explore. Slight uncleanliness with dust and a contact lense by the sink. The shower would over flow and not drain causing the bathroom to flood. Overall, lovely hotel and really lovely area. Would go again.

I only had one man who was nice and helpful I didn’t appreciate the dirtiness of my room at one point an employee just straight up walked into my room without waiting for me to respond which is beyond a breach of privacy, very disgusted with my stay

Room has no space to store your clothes. Projector did not work, no space to hang or store your clothes. Room felt very cramped. For the amount I paid I expected better facilities. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very nice receptionists - when they were available, otherwise nice bartender or security staff, very helpful. - Very small room, not even a single chair/stool, no table/desk, no night table(s), no space for a large suitcase, only a small coat-rack with six coat-hangers. No elevator (typical steep staircase). Over four days management was unable to solve a problem with the keycard access to the room, access problems each evening anew.

The room and set out was nice the area also but the amount of dust in the room was actually appalling. As soon as you turn on the projector you can just see nothing but dust particles in the air floating around being assisted by the air conditioning.. I’m also still waiting for a £250 holding fee to be returned into my account that I was not informed about when making the booking.

L’hôtel est situé à côté d’unr boite de nuit (nous en avions été informé par l’établissement). Première nuit, les bouchons d’oreilles sont non fournis. Deuxième nuit, les bouchons ont été fournis mais aucune différence et nous avons été réveillé à 7h du matin par l’alarme à incendie sans aucune raison ou explication. Les basses de la boîte de nuit sont tellement fortes que cela raisonne dans la chambre soit disant insonorisé. La chambre est très petite, le lit est placé dans une « cage à poule ». Il manque des portants ou rangement pour les habits. La propreté laisse à désirer (cheveux retrouver dans les serviettes de bains, sol sale…). Nous avons passés 2 nuits horrible, je ne recommande absolument pas.
