Bra plassert hotell
Dette er et hotell med bra standard praktisk plassert ved jernbanen. Det er relativt kort vei å gå til piren og handlegatene. Vennlig betjening. Rolig og fint område. Frokosten vår den ene dagen veldig dårlig da alt manglet på grunn av mye folk. Neste dag ok da vi spiste tidligere, men den holder ikke internasjonal standard. Rommene var fine og rene, men sengen var forferdelige. Begge voksne fikk dårlig søvn og vondt i ryggen da de er alt for harde.

Greit hotell verdt pengene
God service i resepsjonen. Greie og store rom, men vi hadde en ekstra seng på rommet som tok opp plass der det kunne vært et bord og en stol til. Badet var litt slitt men helt ok. Frokosten var også grei, men savnet grovt brød. Aircondition-anlegget bråkte noe og brøt sammen siste kvelden. Vi var heldige som hadde et reserveanlegg stående, det var ifølge hotellets representant ikke vanlig.

A decent hotel in a good location to access all Brighton has to offer. 10-15 minutes walk to the seafront and 10 minutes to the start of the North Laines. Having the station car park opposite is really useful given the limited parking in Brighton streets and the very expensive city centre car parks. Staff all very friendly, room was ok - nothing wrong but for a superior it wasn't anything special. Bath was a good length but the shallowest one I've ever seen. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good - just steer clear of the congealed scrambled eggs and the fried eggs you could have used for a hockey puck!!! Good selection of everything else though. Stayed here a number of times as it's reasonable for Brighton and the location makes it easy to get to and from rather than a city centre hotel or B&B and it's so close the the centre of things anyway.

5 minutes walk from the station & 20 mins to the beach. Fast check in & they let us store our bags as we got to the hotel hours before check in ,so we could go out for the day.would book here again.

Had a fantastic stay yesterday. Nothing to complain about, all the staff were lovely - The bed was incredibly comfortable, had the most wonderful nights sleep, have been using Air B&B previously when staying over in Brighton but the Leonardo is WAY better value and the station car park is right opposite to front door - SO convenient. Dhalia on reception and Josh in the breakfast area were great fun and really helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and I have stayed in hundreds - will def be using this on again!

Modern in communal areas but bedrooms and bathrooms in particular need a refurb. The bedrooms smell musty and the sofa beds are uncomfortable. Breakfast good, but other dining is not so good. Check in was slow.

The good: staff, room, bed very comfortable, excellent sheets and mattress topper, shower good, free disabled parking in “Station Car Park” although Alcoa App pretty dreadful), good coffee and tea making in room, good although heavy hairdryer. The bad:Bathroom cold, toilet tissue cheap, very small sheet size, loo flushed slowly, room designer should be slowly garrotted for including essentially no flat surfaces for toiletries, brushes etc., the lack of legal right to drop off luggage at hotel before parking is awkward, very much so for disabled people, crazy that Hotel booking doesn’t tell you to have an Alcoa App before arriving is intending to park.

Great stay, beautiful spacious open lounge. Football table was a bonus for the kids although there was no ball to play with on the last day and receptionist didn’t have any spare. The lady with long black hair could try to be a bit more friendlier to guests during breakfast instead of making faces and giving bad attitude to show her disappointment.

Adjoining rooms assigned as requested and they worked perfectly thank you. Although beds were remade and towels changed, there was no replenishment of tea, coffee and milk. Toilet paper is a little low quality. Overall good though. Great location nipping through the train station and you’re in the heart of Brighton within 10 minutes.

We enjoyed our night staying at the Leonardo Hotel. It was very near the station and easy walk to shops, restaurants and sea. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a good breakfast included in the price. What really stood out for us was how friendly and helpful the staff were.

We got there a couple hours early and tried to check in right away. They didn't have our room available until the 3PM check in time. Which is understandable but it ended up being a little bit of an inconvenience. It is located right next to the Train station. That was a big plus.

We have stayed here before and certainly our last stay was better. It was noisy with a group of people continually screaming in the corridor and slamming doors. We didn’t get to sleep until the early hours. We did eat some food in the hotel which was over priced and not very nice. There are plenty of places to eat in the vicinity so I would not recommend eating anything there. On the positive side, the hotel was a good price - I guess you get what you pay for.

Toilet was not clean and blood on the bathroom wall. We were put in a disabled access room, with a dated bathroom. Our room was next to the boiler cupboard which made loud noises all night. Oh, and £30 for two gin and tonics at the bar is a joke.

Check in staff were nice and friendly. Had to ask for VIP discount voucher which had been overlooked. Room was nice enough but had a large stain on the carpet by the bed and a half meter square wet patch by the desk. The hairdryer didn't work when I went to use it in the morning and the shower made an awful noise when turned up to standard pressure. Walls are quite thin (can hear conversations / TV nextdoor). Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was limited:- a couple of croissants as the only pastry option, the coffee machine producing tasteless coffee and the hot food a little watery but generally good. Would not recommend paying the extra for it, just have the Nescafé from the room and find food out in Brighton or at the station. Dinner was quick and tasty, the only negative was that they only had one type of red wine in stock, despite having 3/4 on their menu.

Breakfast is very overpriced, l only eat a bowl of Muesli in the morning which l had but l was forced to pay £14 just to enter the Breakfast room to eat it.. it's the most expensive Muesli l have ever eaten.
