Overall impression of the property was good. The place was clean when we arrived although the pool got dirty very quickly. This was understandable due to the weather.
The manager of the property was very nice & somewhat helpful at the beginning of our stay. However, she totally ruined our last day!
We stayed for 5 nights and requested to extend for an extra night which got approved as the property wasn’t booked.
She sent a PayPal link and requested that I immediately pay for the extra night which was understandable. I completed her request right away and even got the notification saying it’s done and $0 due.
Then throughout my time at the park she kept calling & emailing several links saying that I didn’t complete it. I ended up completing her request FIVE TIMES through my phone & even sent the screenshot of the confirmations.
She then emailed saying if we don’t pay either via online or via phone we must leave the property immediately. I called right away saying I’d rather pay over the phone since the link she’s been sending all day isn’t working. Then she said they don’t accept my credit card info over the phone and will resend the link again.
Yet again I completed and even sent a screenshot. Instead of admitting something was wrong on her end, that her link was faulty as she canceled the links later. She called us yelling, raising her tone threatening that we would be thrown out of the property when I’ve been in touch ALL day long, cooperative, already dropped 3.3K for 5 nights,? You would think we don’t $ for an extra night? Wtf
She also made a mistake of charging us for the full price of 3.3K + the additional night, instead of just charging for the extra night. She claimed we haven’t paid for 5 nights when they already withdrew the money from my credit card & I already paid off my credit on the day I entered the property. She fixed the mistake at the end and just charged us for the additional night.
Just terrible & rude customer service! NEVER AGAIN!
