Har bodd på dette hotellet mange ganger tidligere og vært fornøyd, men dette blir siste gang. Hotellet og servicen har forfalt totalt. Det er slitt og skittent og holder ikke standard på noen ting. På rommet var det kun en stikkontakt som kunne brukes. Renholdet var ikke tilstedeværende. Vi bodde 8 netter på hotellet og rommet ble ikke vasket en eneste gang. Det ble ikke skiftet på sengen eller levert nye håndklær og toalettpapir. Søppla måtte vi ta ut selv. Måtte i resepsjonen for å be om dopapir og rene håndklær. Søvn ble det og lite av, renholderne gikk i gangene å ropte til hverandre konstant og i timesvis fra tidlig på morgen, noe som vekte oss daglig. Hva de gjorde der kan man jo lure på, for de vasket hvertfall ikke rommene.

Partyhotell som ikke ryddes
Perfekt beliggenhet, rett på stranden og strandpromenaden. Gode madrasser og ok størrelse på rommet. Vannet rant utover hele badegulvet når man dusjet. Mye bråk på hotellet, og det fremstår som ett partyhotell for ungdommer. Det ble ikke ryddet på bassengområdet, slik at det fløt over av beger med skvetter med all-innclusive drikke. Solsengene var gamle og ødelagte. Kunne vært ett av de beste hotellene i Sunny Beach, både med tanke på størrelse og beliggenhet, men er dårlig vedlikeholdt og for mye rot og bråk.

Finn et annet hotell!
100% missvisende beskrivelse av rommet på nett. Ikke engang i nærheten. Nedslitt og støyete. De ansatte så ut som sure tvangsarbeidere. Forsøkte å få oppgradere mot betaling. Men det kunne ikke skje før dagen etter. Kun "manager" can fix this.....Vi dro etter en av to netter. Og kommer aldri tilbake.

Many people choose it exactly because of the location. Our staff is trained to be polite and helpful, so sorry you have not left with this impression. Upgrades in the hotel are controlled by the management, so it is true that only management can authorise that. This is our policy. I would not recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy. I can't believe Expedia even recognizes this as a safe place to stay. The hotel is unfinished, elevators and hallway lights didn't work, rooms did not have any electrical outlets, air conditioning was broken and bathroom had cockaroaches. There were also no towels, shower curtains, soap, sheets, or drinking cups in the rooms. It felt like I was staying in a construction site. There were only 2 staff members for the entire hotel. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night and arrived late and left first thing in the morning. I won't even talk about the disgusting breakfast, it was a health hazard. It's a shame because the location of this hotel is great.

Hotel is very run down and not taking care of. We had a ocean view which was great except the bar at the bottom of the hotel on the boardwalk blasts music until 8am. Thankfully we aren't bothered by the noise and expect it in the area but I could see this being a big issue for a lot of people. Never tried the restaurant after seeing the state of the hotel. Location is good, hotel has 3 buildings but only one is currently being used.

The location was the best A1 quality. Just a few steps and you were on the promenade and the beach. The staff didn't speak any English, there was always something out of food and the toilet was dirty. The toilet pair was almost always out of stock, so it was worth buying your own from the store just in case. The hotel was built with good quality materials. The hotel would make a great destination and someone would invest in it. It was easy to get around and stay at the hotel because there wasn't much to customers. But we still had a great time thanks to the great location

The hotel is very worn out. Water is dripping from the ceiling of the bathroom. The people who work are not smiling. The food is not good. There are no activities in the hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone

Unkept. Hotel is falling apart. Broken lounge chairs, dated, and the beach directly in front w lounge chairs isn’t even theirs so you have to pay for the lounge chairs. Tear it down and start over. Convenient opening in the fence that allows anyone to get into the property unsecured. Virtually no oversight. If I did Sunny Beach again (I won’t) I’d find a much cheaper option with a smaller pool (even). Not even worth the location. I’ve stayed in some Soviet era hotels in Kiev (but I knew that was going to be the case) and here I can attest I read the reviews and hoped for better, but they were spot on. I did at least have hot water. Bed was comfortable. If you can stay here for 35 a night I’d jump on it, don’t pay over 50.

Stay away from this place.
I wish I paid more attention to other guests reviews and never booked this hotel. This is NOT a 4 star beach resort, it does not deserve even 2 stars. It feels like a dormitory on a college campus. - There is no shampoo - teeny tiny bar soap is all you get. - There are no hand or face towels. - There is no hot water from 5 to 8pm, it is mildly warm. - There is not a single glass or cup in the room - you will have to drink water from the bottle. - There is no tea kettle or coffee maker in the room. - There is no electrical outlet - I had to unplug their TV in order to charge my phone. - Toilet is leaking so there is water on the bathroom floor. - Bathroom shelf is half broken and hanging at 30 degrees angle, the sink itself is also installed at some angle, so whatever you put on it (toothbrush, soap) will fall. I had to keep my toothbrush on the table in the room. - The key to your room is not a programable card like you might expect, it is a physical key attached to a huge metal rectangle with your room number written on it. When you go to a pool you just don’t know where to put it. - The safe deposit box is old, doesn’t have a code combination, requires a physical key and probably can be opened with a screwdriver. - Closet sliding doors are broken and opening them requires 2 hands and some physical exercise. - You will hear loud noise (music from the bar and people screaming) until 2am, so if you are light sleeper it will be a problem.

Disaster
It was a disaster, there was no hot water, the tap was broken, the air conditioner was not working, the blankets were dirty, there was no WIFI, the phone was not working so every time I had to walk to reception to tell them that something is not working. And the answers I got was that there are no maintenance people, to talk to the manager in the morning because they have no one to contact right now. The manager in the morning also did not deal with the problems and just told me again and again that she had no way to deal with the problems and that she could not pay me the money back in any way because the order was made over the Internet. We were 2 families with 2 small children and both rooms had problems. A day after we just had to leave because they didn't change the room.They claimed everything was full. The booking was for 2 nights but we did not stay and spent a whole day to find another hotel. We were searching by walking and enttering every hotel because we were already afraid to book online for the reason we didn't get a refund.

Not necessarily the services you expect
The area where the hotel is placed is very nice, it’s on the beach and the attractions are very nice around the hotel. The only problem is that the parking at the hotel has to be paid 12 BGN per day and the beach is private for all hotels so you have to pay the chairs and the umbrella separately. The hotel offers breakfast included but it cannot hold the amount of people that are staying at the hotel being a very big hotel so you end up not finding coffee, hot water for tea or other types of food unless you go eat at 8 am. Also the restaurant for breakfast is quite dirty the tables and floors are not clean. Furthermore, the rooms of the hotel display quite old furniture and if you want to put things in the room safe you have to pay for the safe key 7 BGN per day, again. So if you travel on a budget and you don’t know all the things you have to pay while staying at the hotel beforehand than you might find yourself paying more than you should especially that you have to go eat as well. The most positive aspect is that there are many restaurants, bars, shops and small coffee stands or food stands near the hotel and the beach is just in front of the hotel.

Hotel room was dirty, cleaner was more interested of how much money she gets than cleaning our room. Room situatef near to pool was very noicy for little kids and older people. There were no toilets nor showers by the pool. We rather swam in the sea than in the pool. Activities in the morning were good, joga and zumba. Other activities we did not participiate. Breakfast was good.

Chaika has top location in Sunny Beach, and it is situated in a busy area, in the centre of town where it is normally noisy. Normally it is chosen by the younger market tourists who come to enjoy the night life in Sunny Beach. . We cannot ensure quite in the hotel as most of the tourists are looking for exactly the opposite. We offered toilets at the lobby, which is 30sec from the pool. Never ever again vacation at that property! Unfriendly useless rough staff! No hot water to take shower for 7 days! No wifi although was in the offer free internet! Food and rooms awful as well. Don’t go there to spend money!

Everywhere in hotel is very dirty. It is all inclusive but food is disqusting. They give you a blue bracelet amd if you loose it they charge 50 lv. Totally there is no internet in hotel. If you pay you get something.

I stayed just one day and could not stay another day. I think the ladies in reception forgot to smile long years ago and they work like they are under torture. Parking area and internet are NOT free. Besides the guy dealing with the parking area asked extra money in order to find a place. Apparently the guy is not paid enough by the hotel. I bought a room for see sight but given a room to the opposite sight without any explanation. When I arrived to the Hotel, the receptionist asked to me to show my reservation from my e-mails as if they are totally unaware of the reservations from hotels.com.

En god oplevelse
Et godt og stort hotel med gode forhold. Man skal være opmærksom på at der hver morgen starter underholdning med musik og diverse aktiviteter ved poolen, hvorfor alle værelser mod pool området kan høre dette.God og bred sortiment i morgen og aftensmad buffetten. Små problemer og diverse forespørgsler bliver klaret med det samme af personalet. Godt at der er aflåst parkering til dem der måtte ønske dette. Perfekt beliggenhed lige ned til stranden og små 700-800 meter til flower street hvor man går i byen. Masser af restauranter og butikker i gå afstand til hotellet. Med dette hotel får du ikke brug for en Taxi medmindre du vil til Nesebar eller Burgas.

Avoid at all costs - Chaika is a 2 star hotel
Good location but thats about it - No hot water for 3 days and hotel did not care about it at all! food was rubbish, beds were creaky and i have seen better camping beds, let alone in a '4 star' hotel. there are better hotels for the same price on sunny beach (Grand Victoria hotel next door is excellent) sunny beach as a resort is the most awesome place and I have been there

If you want to sleep do not stay at The Chaika Beach. Do not take a room with sea-view. That palces you right next to the beach promenad filled with drunkards. The atrium constriction of the hotell also makes it into an amplifier - any childs scream or tipsy comment will be heard in your room as from a loudspeaker. You just simply could not sleep there!! Worst place I have ever stayed in. Avoid!
