- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan,
- books.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not allowed.

- Check-in between 9 pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: 44e
