Hotel ser fint ut og moderne hotell, bra beliggenhet , kort vei til senter og stranda , god mat , god service, renhold medarbeider har gjort en god jobb- gjelder hotell rom daglig renhold, men dyne og pute lukter urens. Vi overnatta i familie rom , lufta i rom dårlig - lukter kommer fra doen til sengen selv om vi lukket døra i toaletter. Aircondition gammel laget mye lyd og ikke kald nok, rom temp. ca. 28*C-30*C. Vi syns dårlig rom ihht. 4**** hotell

Behagelig hotell rett ved trikk og metro som tar deg enten raskt til sentrum eller til konferanseområdet. Mange shoppingmuligheter i umiddelbar nærhet, og godt med restauranter. Veldig bra rom med daglig rengjøring og hyggelig personale.

Veldig hyggelig betjening. Vi kom et par timer før rommet var klart. Vi fikk sjekke inn og lagre koffertene. Han som tok koffertene ga oss kart, veldig god forklaring på undergrunn og hvor vi skulle finne frem til forskjellige steder. Veldig bra frokost😊

Fint hotell med bra beliggenhet i forhold til metro og shoppingsenter. Trangt med 2 voksne og 2 "store" barn. Hadde problemer med vond lukt på badet, fikk byttet rom uten problemer. Generelt veldig god service i front desk. Litt kø ved frokost.

Elendig mat via roomservice. Brun salat, vassen chips. Kjøpte den verste clubsandwich jeg noen gang har sett. Ekstra sengen på rommet var bare en enkel sovesofa uten ordentlig dyne. I Barcelona er utvalg av hotell enormt stort. Blir dessverre ikke å booke her igjen.

God beliggenhet, fantastisk utsikt, flott takterasse/bar, hyggelig personale, god frokost. Negativt: Måten personalet rengjør i restauranten / frokostsalen. Personalet vasker bord og seter med samme klut og vann. Etterpå håndterer de bestikk med samme hansker. Dette er direkte uproffesjonelt og egentlig ganske motbydelig. Hotellet risikerer å gjøre gjestene sine syke. Vi trodde nesten ikke det vi så.....

Positiv opplevelse!
Jeg og mine to døtre var på vinterferie i Barcelona, og bodde på Novotel. Vi var veldig fornøyde med service og selve hotellet. Vi valgte å ikke spise frokost på Hotellet, da ingen av mine døtre liker å stå opp tidlig, eller har spesiell matlyst på morgenen. Derimot prøvde vi restauranten på kvelden, og det var bedre enn vi forventet. Novotel ligger veldig bra plassert, nært til stort og flott utendørs shoppingsenter, og 5 trikkestasjoner unna et enda større shoppingsenter (Diagonal mar) Du finner alt du trenger rett utenfor døra! Ellers var det veldig koselig å sitte på hotellets bar i 19 etasje på kveldene. Flott utsikt.

They will require you to get another room if you have 5 people (with 6yr old kid). Not very friendly and accommodating. Gave me a card for the room and accidentally walked in on someone’s room. Then Gave us the room key 3 different times it wouldn’t work on the elevator. So frustrating and the manager gave us a not so nice comment when I asked to escort us to our room. Never again going back here..

Ein wirklich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Man fühlt sich willkommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich gut. Die Unterkunft sauber und das gesamte Service ist super. Die 4 Sterne zur Umgebung sind lediglich den aktuellen Umbauarbeiten geschuldet, die den Weg zur U-Bahn etwas umständlich gestalten weil viele gesperrt und umgeleitet ist. Aber an sich liegt das Hotel perfekt. Sehr gut per U-Bahn erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Bisognerebbe avere lo scoppino per il bagno, il divano letto un po’ più grande perché 2 bambini stanno stretti. Cuscini più comodi, e l’aspirazione d’aria in bagno visto che è privo di finestre.

Everything about our stay was really super good . We have enjoyed a lot being in this wonderful city and this amazing hotel Hotel was really excellent as facilities and staff they were very helpful specially IVAN at the reception.

We were a family of 4...room was a good size for all of us, bathroom area excellent. Sofa bed was like a bit rigid per comments from the girls. I really like the area...near a super Shopping Mall and pharmacy 24 hr open. Room was clean, daily service awesome. We purchase the breakfast buffet in advance and it was a good deal. Buffet is awesome, many things to pick (love the bread options!). A metro station was close to the hotel (5-7 min walk). Sagrada Familia is around 30 min walking. The only cons (-) for me was that there is no laundry in the hotel...I had to walk like 6 blocks to the nearest one (pretty easy and convenient)...the staff was very helpful getting the info of the safest and closest laundry.
