Great location
Perfect location in Barcelona! Great service and I had a big room with my own terrace. Would recommend it for sure.

Lite og koselig hotell med bra beliggenhet
Dette er et lite, men koselig hotell midt i Barcelona. Perfekt beliggenhet for det meste. Veldig vennlige ansatte. Fine rom og bra renhold. Ingenting å klage på.

Koselig hotell med god beligenhet
Hjemmekoselig med ett hint av eksklusivt. Stille og rolig, men samtidig veldig sentralt. Mange koselige cafeer i umiddelbar nærhet, kort gåavstand til mange av Barcelonas mest kjente serverdigheter og til las Ramblas.

Rent og pent hotel med topp service.
Hotellet har meget service innstillt personale som strekker seg langt for å hjelpe. Store lyse rom med god takhøyde, Stort bad som hadde dobbelt dusj, AC på rommene, Sentralt plassert hotel. Hotellet har god standard og fremstår son rent og pent. Eneste minus er at det er meget enkel frokost men det finnes mange lokale spisesteder for enhver smak i området.

Perfekt beliggenhet
Dette nydelige hotellet ligger midt mellom alt i Barcelona. Vi gikk overalt. Hotellet var stilig og rent, og den beste hotelldusjen! Koselig med kaffe og kaker i resepsjonen om morgenen. Flere kafeer rett utenfor døren om du vil ha en ordentlig frokost. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit neste gang.

Excellent location, walking distance to plaza caralunya and ridemovi bikes nearby. Great customer service upon arrival. Effective and efficient communication with personnel via whatsapp. Super safe place, clean rooms and nice room view from balcony. I left a jacket in the hotel and as soon as I left I got a call from the personnel and they will ship it back to me.

The positives first: the rooms were clean and comfortable and once we were inside them it was fine. The negatives however were numerous. Our family had requested a 4-person room and when we arrived after a long day of travel, we found that the bathroom ceiling was leaking and the floor was completely wet and getting flooded. There is no reception on the premises so we had to call and text to let someone know. It took a few calls before anyone answered thought when they finally did they gave us new codes for two separate rooms, as there was no other 4-person room available. Then in one of our new rooms, the WiFi didn’t work and we called again to tell them immediately. The person who answered said they would look into it but it was never fixed for the entire stay. Also the water dispenser in the lobby didn’t work and they also said they would fix that, but that was not done either during our stay. As I said, the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable enough but the lack of a reception desk on the premises and the inattention to our issues was frustrating. We would not stay here again and I will avoid hotels with no onsite personnel in the future.

There is no front desk, so none to ask or communicate directly, web check in (terrible for an old person which is not familiar with technology) and any inquiries through phone calls… problem not solved The room was booked for 3 people and and had no bedding set (sheets, pillows etc) for the sofa bed, although they said it was inside the closet, we were not able to find them at all

Gute Lage, kompfortable Zimmer und Ausstattung. Nur 1 kleiner Papierkorb, schlechtes Toilettenpapier, am 3. Tag keinen Kaffee mehr zum nachfüllen, am 1. Tag nicht vor 16 Uhr mit dem Gebäudecode in die Lobby gekommen!schön wäre ein kleiner kühlschrank gewesen und Tassen oder Gläser :)

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO RECEPTION AT THIS LOCATION. You will get an e-mail day before arrival with check-in instruction and you'll have to check-in yourself. WE DIDN'T KNOW & WE WERE FRUSTRATED. OTHER THAN CHECK IN, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT - great location, nice/clean/big rooms, walking to distance to everything, and very private setting.

The best part about our experience was the communication with the concierge, which was quick and thorough. Also, the location was very convenient. Other than that, I don’t think I could recommend this property. The online check in process was tedious and time-consuming. Our room was very small and uncomfortably hot. The toilet and shower lacked privacy. The sheets were stained with bodily fluids. Despite the signage in the room demanding no parties, even quiet ones, our neighbors woke us around 3 AM with a large, loud gathering.

Chic, quirky & unique! Fell in love with it at first sight & was completely enamoured once I arrived! It has all you could expect & want from a Boutique Hotel in the heart of this beautiful city! Gabriel was an excellent host/guide & I look forward to returning to this magical place!

By far this was the Worse experience to ever had in a Hotel in my entire life and traveling. They made me wait 8 Hours to have access to a room. Yes, I got there earlier, but they should place me in the "first" room available. I even offered to pay "any extra" in order to get the room sooner and I was told there was no need. This is Unacceptable and unhuman to treat a customer that way. No excuse to Act or treat anyone like that.

Highly recommend this property! Extremely great hospitality (Thanks Gabriel!!), spacious rooms and quiet area. The room went above our expectations and Gabriel (owner I believe) was so accommodating. Cannot recommend this property enough. We felt so safe and welcome. Also, he has a cute little breakfast spread in the morning with croissants and coffee so you can have a little fuel. 11/10!

Noisy...
Good: The property was nicely appointed and in a great location. The front desk clerk was helpful, and the room was fine. Only complaint with room setup was no street view (an internal facing balcony was available) and no instructions for how to use the climate system. Bad: NOISE! I was on the 2nd floor, and could clearly hear the family that lives above (apartment) clomping, shouting, and playing music until 2am. I had a 7am flight (4am wakeup), so this was really bad. Hotel should provide a white noise machine or make other arrangements based on guest profile (I was a single business traveler and made my early departure clear - would have loved a quieter space).

Great mid range choice
Central position with easy access to the main attractions of Barcelona. Good choice of small hotel if you want quality, characterful surroundings but don’t need all the facilities of a larger hotel like on-site bar and restaurant - plenty close at hand!
