酒店位于一个相对独立的区域,没有城市的喧嚣,有私属沙滩。酒店的泳池很大,有成人专用的,也有0.6米给儿童戏水的。最大的那个圆的水深1.8-2.2米,水位1.4以下的区域比较小,对不会游泳的人来说可能不是最好的选择

Et fint opphold
Fin og stor resort med de fleste severdigheter. Litt usentralt (til tross for liten avstand i km, tar det LANG tid i bil å komme seg til og fra grunnet trafikk). Veldig rolig område med kun turister. Virker å være veldig trygt. Alle biler blir sjekket av sikkerhetspersonell før de kommer inn på området og det er sikkerhetspersonell over alt. Nedtrekk: VELDIG lytte hotellrom ut mot gangen, og ingen "aktiviteter" på ettermiddagen og kveldene. Alt i alt vurderer jeg hotellet som ikke mer enn et 4 stjerners hotell.

Super fint, men kjedelig område
Hotellet var supert og hadde en god standar. Rommene er ikke spesielt store, men badet var super fint og servicen var helt upåklagelig. Ellers er prisene helt ekstreme. Vi er norske og er vandt til høye priser, men dette var ekstremt. Dette blir dyrt i lengden hvis man skal spise middag. Frokosten var helt super! Alt mulig av utvalg. Ellers var området rundt ikke spesielt mye å skryte av. Det er utrolig fint, men ikke spesielt mye å finne på. I Nusa Dua holder det å være maks 3 dager, ellers blir det fort kjedelig.

The Westin was definitely a five star hotel. The staff were friendly and provided great customer service during my stay. Special thank you to Andre who personally assisted me whenever I had any issues. He was WONDERFUL! The Westin is blessed to have him there. The food options were excellent. We dined at most of the restaurants there and were never disappointed.

Excellent service from all staff. The largest variety of breakfast I ever experienced in my life. However, classical dishes were not that tasty. The cooks require training in Europe to get real flavours into the dishes.

The rooms were non refundable , and I understand that, but I also prepay the breakfast buffet, they could've refund that part but didn't even when we asked with Expedia Very disappointed, it will affect my future rejection of the brand

I recently stayed at The West In Resort in Nusa Dua and was truly impressed. The ambiance was amazing, creating a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, making my stay truly memorable. The highlight was the outstanding service from the staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Lobby is beautiful and the location is perfect, we had a warm welcome with a drink and towel, but the rooms are pretty outdated and in desperate need of renovations. The Aircon was the biggest low. The hotel staff though were very warm and friendly and did their best to accomodate any special requests. Buffet breakfast is also expansive and pretty good.

Stayed 2N @ Westin x 3 rooms. Despite complimentary upgrade, the trade-offs were delayed in check-in (rooms only ready around 1630pm). Due to newly renovated, the rooms were dusty, locks not working and VOC smell. We only managed to settle down at around 1730H. Pools closed at 7pm so pretty much thats it to do for the day. We had dinner at Ikan restaurant. Food was pretty decent but a few of us got bitten by mosquitoes despite seated in aircon seating. At night, noticed our rooms also had few mosquitoes and my boys got a few bites again. They should have provided those insects repellent kit in each room. Breakfast spreads were good but couple of flies at some starions with no one attending. Hygiene needs to be improved. Their gym room is bad, you won't expect this standard from a 5 star hotel especially loked Westin. We had supper on 2nd night at bar lounge and thereafter our family had been vomitting and diarrhoea throughout the night till next day. We had to call for medical assistance to attend to us. To be fair, we could not conclude the root cause as our familly had dinner at Bali Collection. That said, 6 of us had dinner at Bali Collection, only 4 of us had supper that the bar. The other 2 were fine. Pros - Staffs were friendly and helpful. Hotel agreed to extend checkout time till 1600H.

Everything was easy and outstanding service- we had a small glitch and required medical attention- doctor arrived in 10mins and was excellent. Really couldn’t have asked for better all the facilities were clean, food was delicious (including the diversity at the buffet breakfast), and the hospitality was so generous. Special thanks to the lady at the kids toy shop for going out of her way for us and the Hamabe teppanyaki chef and staff for making my partner’s birthday special. Thank you for another relaxing stay we look forward to returning.

Unfortunately we arrived to an upgraded garden room that was smelly. That although the air-conditioner was turned on the dampness in the room was unbearable. I was lucky for an room change that was allocated 35 mins later after persistent complaining. Overall, everything worked out. Great breakfast and staff extremely friendly.

Stayed 4 nights in the family suite. Rooms: dated. need renovations Bathrooms: salty water and shower water pressure arent the best Concierge service: unfriendly and takes ages. Room service: WELL DONE! FnB outlet staffs (pool bar, velada, ikan): AWESOME! Conclusion: personally, rather not stay here again as there are newer and better 5 stars nearby. But, definately will be back visiting their FnB outlets..

3세대 가족여행으로 2박3일 묵었습니다. 머문 시간이 짧았지만 가족여행으로 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 포인트 우선 사용하고 식사 등 모두 체크아웃 때 계산하는 방식이 편리했습니다. 무엇보다 두 객실이 한 대문괴 거실을 같이 쓰는 패밀리룸이 매우 편리하고 좋았습니다. 잘 쉬다갑니다. 추천합니다.

Beautiful Balinese style property with stunning established gardens. Things are a little tired but very clean. Staff are all wonderful in all areas. Food in the Japanese restaurant was amazing and the Italian was great too. The beach in front of the hotel is gorgeous - clear water (although very shallow) and nice sand. Staff keep it spick and span. Only fault I could list is that the huge pool is way too deep - 6ft or more for the whole thing. Only place you can stand is near the bar/slide.

Amazing except for bad allergen experience at Ikan
We overall very much enjoyed our stay at the Westin. We had a family suite which was very clean and spacious; the two bedrooms are separated by long hallways which was great for privacy. Our only minor complaint was that the light switches were placed in very odd places. There was a lot to do at the resort and we enjoyed the free paddle boarding/ kayaking, biking, swimming in the pool, and ping pong. I found the techno (?) music at the pool a little annoying at times however. We biked up and down the bike path in Nusa Dua and I was so glad I picked the Westin - it is the nicest property on that strip of hotels by far. (Note though the beach is not that pretty during low tide, so I recommend sitting there during mid or high tide only). The breakfast was amazing, probably the biggest hotel breakfast buffet I've ever seen in my long life. They had gluten-free bread and muffins! Never seen that offered before. Also, lunch by the pool was very good. Probably the best chicken satay I've ever had. Now for the one bad experience... we ate at the Ivan restaurant on site for dinner, twice. Second dinner was a disaster. My 15YO son ordered the octopus dish and had a severe allergic reaction. There is no indication on the menu or allergen symbol that this dish contains nuts! We totally panicked but thankfully 1 Epi-Pen injection in the room stopped it. I'm sorry but this is not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. My son could have needed to be hospitalized.

We loved our stay here. The buffet was great, the other dinning options very good. Pool was amazing and also the beach beds. The shower temperature system was a little annoying but once you worked it out, it was fine. Rooms and beds were also great. The only issue we had was with Taco night… great idea just badly executed. Meals took forever with only 3 other occupied tables. Then they didn’t order our toddlers meal. Then when it arrived it was still wrong and then tried to charge us for the mistake.
