A very nice hotel!
We are a family of four. We really enjoyed the hotel. The rooms were spacious and nice! The kitchen are was were convenient and a pluss was the complimentary micropop! The hotel also provided complimentary snack in the evening Tuesdays and Wednesday. You are also allowed to keep pets in the hotel!

The hotel and staff are very good, but the coffee hours could be extend to 10am, also on weekdays. The administration could place a sign asking guests to remain silent next to the elevator on the ground floor.

comfortable and half the price of Downtown
The Austin Parmer/Tech Ridge Residence Inn was clean, quiet, and comfortable--and half the price of the Residence Inn Downtown. The outdoor pool is small but nice. Breakfast buffet had no waffle maker, only rock hard 4 inch diameter premade waffles, but the cereal, danish, etc. were fine.

Location, Location, Location
Whenever we are in Austin this is the area we prefer to be in. The Residence Inn (Parmer/Tech Ridge) is very nice. The room was clean and the staff was so friendly. There was a issue with the room cards (keys) not working but someone brought us our keys minutes after check in. We will defiantly stay here again.

At the reservation some people were friendly, they did not have keys, the people at the reservation had to open the room door every time they needed to, there was no room service, my stay was 3 days, no one came to clean, that's not what I liked it and not having a room key

Who knew checking in to a hotel could be such a pleasant experience. The stay was excellent from start to finish. I would strongly recommend staying! The room was very comfortable and could have slept 4/5 easy. I was surprised the room had a full kitchen, with literally everything we needed (plates, dishes, cutlery, pans, even soap and a sponge.)

The rooms are big and roomy. The staff are so very nice and accommodating. We have a cousins trip to Austin every year and have decided this hotel will be the one we stay at for now on. We loved our stay.
