When we arrived to check in I immediately noticed it was more of a motel rather than a hotel. Checked in got the the room and you could tell they had been updated. I was okay with the room since it would just be a one night stay. We went to do some shopping and had dinner returned to the room in the evening around 10:30 pm. We were getting ready for bed, after showers and we noticed the pillow cases and the sheets were dirty. The sheets had yellow and black stains, and hair from other people. I tried calling the front desk but the room phone didn’t work. Call the front test from my cell phone spoke with front desk clear asking for another room since, he kinda laughed and said well we are fully booked for the night. I asked for someone to come up to change the sheets. He said he didn’t have anyone. I asked for a refund and he said he couldn’t do a refund because it was prepaid though a third party. He then said he had one other room we could have. I went to the front desk to get the new room key. I get to the new room flip the pillow and it has hair on it. I took the front desk guy to the room to show him that this room was also not clean. I went back and again asked refund and he said he couldn’t do that. I asked for a manager he said there wouldn’t be one till about 10 am. He then said he had one more room that we could have. The room was checked and the beds were clean. When had to move rooms at about midnight.
