Upon checking into the hotel the young lady asked if I knew about the smoking policy. I said yes, but as I walked down the 3rd floor hallway to my room it was evident many didn’t know the policy. You could smell smoke all down the hallway. There was food on the carpet outside the doors, and the train kept me up all night.

For $76 a night on discount from almost $100 a night is ridiculous for this facility. There’s definitely some cosmetic outdated repairs that are needed. It is definitely not kept in regards to aesthetics. They have a front Staff that has Satanic tattoos all over him visibly, which is uncomfortable. They charge for early check-in and late checkout, and depending on who you ask the rate of that amount can change. They don’t really offer breakfast. It just says that on their site. if you like Nutri bars for breakfast and maybe that will satisfy you. They have homeless people living on the property inside and outside. my bed linens had hair from someone else definitely will not rebook.

The staff seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing and were rude. This is suppose to be a non-smoking facility, but there was heavy smell of cigarettes and marijuana throughout the hallways. I complained to the front deck, but they didn’t care. I will never stay at an Extended Stay. I stayed here because I had stayed at extended stays before and used to be nice and it was close to my job. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Adrian (i hope i got his name correct!) was an angel during booking and check/in last night 1/19. He was so professional, kind and empathetic during a horrible family emergency when my dad needed a quick place to crash for the night with his dogs and even made sure the dogs didn’t run off (i heard the whole conversation on phone) as my dad tried to check-in as he was flustered and incredibly exhausted. This is someone who should be in a leadership position and be given a raise! If my company had more people like him on our staff, we would all be incredibly wealthy. If you’re lucky enough to have him be the one to check you in, you’re not crashing at at a motel for tbe night…you’re being welcomed in to someone’s home. Outstanding surprise!

I chose to stay at Extended Stay to economize as I attended a conference in Round Rock. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly - and the other residents were friendly also. The only disappointment was that the facility had run out of cooking utensils and plates, so I had to improvise.

There were so many roaches, it was unsanitary. Went to the local Walmart and bought roach spray. Woke up to more roaches in the sink and in the tub. It was a horrible place. Then one night before checkout, staff used their master key to enter our room at 7am and demanded us to leave. Saying that day was our last day. We work nights and this was a very stressful way to wake up. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

When I arrived I was told there were no rooms even though I had a reservation. Had to go somewhere else on the fly, cost me 1.5 hours of sleep on a night I would have only got 5 hours in the first place.

Overall customer service was great but the cleanliness was horrible we found what it appears like blood stain on the floor and the sheets had like old poop stain on it. The good thing we brought our own sheets but next time I wouldn’t recommend it.
