As we explained to you, you had booked a room type for 2 people with a note that you have an infant under 1 year old. Upon arrival, when you came with your 7 year old child, we explained that unfortunately there was no availability for a larger room type for your stay to be more comfortable like what you had last year. We are glad that you enjoyed your room, the high level of cleanliness we offer as well as our very central location. We apologize again for the false fire alarm incident due to a technical fault, it was fixed the same morning. Indeed reception did not answer your call as the night shift receptionist was already in your building to shut off the fire alarm and check that everything was in order. He then spoke to you to assure you that there was no fire. We are sorry that we did not imagine that you wished to change building, if you had informed us, we would have tried to find the best solution for you. Regarding the new security doors on both of our side buildings, it was a planned security action for extra security service to our guests and happened to be scheduled for that day. We wish we will have the chance of welcoming you again on your next visit to Athens, perhaps in a different room type in our main building, if that makes you feel safer, but we assure you that as we have a 24-hour reception service, the receptionist on shift eventually takes care of all three buildings without any building discrimination, day or night in order our guests to feel secure.
