hotel has a lot of renovations going on but exposed ceiling tiles show cables and where they had water damage. Ceiling texture is failing off and paint is running down the walls as well. cold ac and the beds aren’t bad if you wanna get a deal not a bad spot for a weekend. just don’t think your getting marriott amenities.

Good: Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean staff was friendly. At breakfast if items were low, staff did a great job making sure they were quickly restocked. Location was convenient. For the price, we would stay here again. Bad: Carpet was dirty and bathroom could use a deep scrub including toilets and baseboards. Could hear the ice machine from our room every time it made or dispensed. Hot tub was out of service. Breakfast options were limited

the place is under heavy renovations. I knew that when I booked but still it probably needs to be halfway shut down for a little while. all through the halls ceiling tiles are missing and cables are exposed along with water damage areas and texture is hanging off the walls and ceilings. my room ceiling n had a 8x8inch piece of ceiling texture ready to fall on us and my comforter that was supplied had what looked to be a pee stain and the shower calling and the same cosmetic defects. it had hot water and it was quiet and two groans next door. if you want cheap and be able to sleep and good AC it will work but if you are boujee and want extras prolly better skip this one folks.

It was acceptable-friendly workers, quiet, great breakfast, etc. The bed rocked when we moved on it. Otherwise it was comfortable. There was a stain on the couch, and the bathroom could use a deep cleaning-dirt, build up along the edges of the shower. Some spots and wear on the walls in the room.

The hotel was fully booked, and they only had one employee working. After checking in the TV wouldn't work and the toilet wouldn't flush. The carpet was full of sand and dirt. I will defiantly be staying somewhere else next trip.

Dirty facility. Broken & leaky faucets at both the kitchen and the shower. Broken doors, non-functioning TV. Broken closet door. Rude staff. Horrible breakfast with limited & stale food. Fridge was not available - or worse, the space where the fridge used to occupy was gross & filthy. Walls are full of patches. Carpet is old and dirty. Comforter was literally falling apart. Hotel ground outside is littered with trash and cigarette butts. Staff was rude to other customers as well. We witnessed at least 4 complaints during our 4-night stay there. We have been staying there for the last 5 years. We will switch to another hotel next time we are in Ardmore, OK.

This property should not be called a Comfort Inn. It was a previous Quality Inn. Hotel is out of date, somewhat dirty. Breakfast was the bare minimum. Our 1st room had a musty smell so we asked for another room. Overall we give a quality mark of Poor.

We hit an animal that disabled our car and needed a hotel till our car was fixed. We arrived at the hotel mid morning, even they had been to capacity the night before, they graciously accommodated an early check-in. The staff was fabulous. Room was super clean and breakfast was delicious.

We had towels and wash clothes with holes and stains. The shower head in the bathroom was on the floor. The drapes and sheets had stains. I paid $115 to stay there for one night. It looked great out front and when you come in but pool was super heated jacuzzi tub didn’t work. No pool towels. And we asked for towels we were told they were none at the moment. I feel like I got ripped off!!!!!!!!!! I hate to complain I hate reviews but someone needs to come look at this place from corporate office. You will not like what you see. I own a general contracting business and I know quality of work. I have been in the industry for 37 years all phases. I would be ashamed to put my name on that building anywhere!!! Take pride in your hotel and fix the stuff update your towels and drapes sheets and quit ripping people off!!!!!!!!

I felt safe and the room was fine. My daughter said she saw a couple of bugs on the couches in the lobby. Our room seemed fine though. It was a little dated, but we just needed a place to sleep for the night while we were visiting relatives. The price was just a few dollars less than the Hilton which surprised me, considering how much nicer the Hilton is. I expected Comfort suites to be less than it was. All in all it was ok. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful.

Ok stay but could be better
The hotel is nice and I enjoy staying there. I had room 224 with the jetted tub. Last time I stayed it was great. This time it smelled like a wet moldy rag. I had to spray perfume in the ac just to tolerate the terrible smell. It desperately needs a deep clean and maybe new carpet. The bathroom floor was flooding when I started draining the jet tub too.

Great staff, definitely needs some maintenance on exterior, non working security lights . Maybe limit the locals having access to the pool and maintain pool chemicals

Rooms were not cleaned at all for 3 days stay and no towels. Hot tub was dumped with chlorine and couldnt sit even for 1 min as everybody came home with eye allergies.

Very old building that had a very stale and stagnant odor. They kept the lobby very warm and the a/c in the room never got really cold. Room was clean and everything worked fine.
