Bra sted, god renhold av rom og felles oppholdssteder. God frokost bufeet. Har booket dobbelt rom av høyre kategori, har betalt ekstra for det, og fikk et rom i kjeller med dårlig kloakk lukt og vinduer på taket (kjeller vinduer, da selve rom var plassert unnet gata nivå). Måte da klage til resepsjon og fikk andre rom i 3. etg av mindre standart og størrelse som bestilt, da alle andre vare opptatte... Na ja. Totalt - OK holet, men ikke 4*, mer som en 3* hotell med 4*inngangsparti og fasade.

Supert hotell med super service
Fantastisk service og beliggenhet om man vil bo litt bort fra turistområdene og med flotte butikker nærme. Sengene var litt harde og det var ingen roomservice. Det trakk ned. Frokosten var ikke særlig bra. Vi klaget på gammelt brød og fikk refundert hele frokosten. Det må jeg si var bra service. Momo restauranten er supertrendy og bra med sin fusion profil. Alt i alt veldig bra.

Best family suit!
The family suit was so spacious with main bedroom and master bathroom on the loft, and an extra toilet on the first floor, high ceiling and huge windows with city view. Just 2 minutes walk to the Rijksmuseum and 2 more minutes to Van Gogh Museum! A morning or night run along the canal is very nice and safe.

5 stars!!!!!!! From the moment we went in…… it amazed us. The building. Then, all staff members were so so nice, especially the first lady who checked us in. We asked for a quiet room and thats what she gave us - very comfortable beds and QUIET❤️❤️🤍 The only noise was when the kind maids were cleaning in the evening but no problem with that..and some people slamming their doors in the evening which is so so bad. There was some dust around the bathroom which i wish wasn’t there but maybe it came out the air con. All in all a perfect stay, WE WISH WE WERE THERE FOR LONGER and will definately come back. Thankyou for being so kind. In London people are so so rude in comparison! :)

Cleaning staff only made the bed once in our 3 day stay. The only time cleaning service came to “clean” did not come until 1500 to clean. Only one ice machine and is located downstairs.

Spent an incredible 4 nights in this hotel and warmly welcomed by reception staff. Room was spacious, view over canal, and the room had everything we needed. Ideally located in walking distance of everything, and weather was on our side. Will definitely be returning!

I booked this hotel after my girlfriend insisted we stay close to the shops and dining areas of Amsterdam at a reasonable price. We booked the Classic Queen Bed room after looking at the photos. The room was very nice in person, I think I overlooked the size of the room since there was only a wall that separated the bed area and the bathroom/shower room. The shower and toilet were somewhat cramped, given the square footage of the room. The shower is a little fun to get working, lol! The staff was very friendly, seems like they may get a lot of tourist as they gave a booklet of food recommendations (we didn't get to try them as we had our own itinerary). Only 2 downsides were during one night of our stay, we needed an additional small towel, but they kept saying they would page someone to bring it to us. After asking about 2 more times that night, we tried to ask again in the morning, they had they informed us that they had run out of the small towels, but could give us one of the larger towels. The other downside was that the rooms have a light up indicator to show if room service should visit or not to disturb. We searched all over the room on how to change this, as we had room service come in while we were sleeping 2 times during our stay. When I spoke with the front desk, they stated they were transitioning away from that, as our room did not have that light up indicator anymore, yet the room beside us did. We did receive a door hanger to help with this though.

The tram service was good and good area of location. We didn’t like how the shower and toilet wasn’t private and it was a nice smell for the shower area. The service was quite slow when we told them.
