Kommer gjerne tilbake
Flott beliggenhet, stille rom mot bakgård. God og fin frokost og meget vennlig personale der. Renhold kunne vært bedre. Mye støv på gulvet da vi kom, men rent på badet. Litt dumt at man bytter håndkle, skifter toalettruller før den er brukt opp, og kaster såpen, ikke spesielt miljøvennlig, men tydelig at det varierte fra personalet. Komfortabelt rom. Fint med butikker og restauranter rett ved. Trikk nr. 24 stanser rett utenfor døren.

Flott moderne og sentralt plassert hotell
Vi tilbrakte tre netter på dette flotte hotellet. Stort og fint rom i øverste etasje, og rent og fint på rommet. Vær klar over at du må si i fra når du sjekker inn om du ønsker renhold i løpet av oppholdet. Fri tilgang på håndklær og andre forbruksting til rommet hvis du dropper renhold. Trikken passerer foran hotellet så det kan være en fordel å bo i de øverste etasjene for å unngå den lille støyen trikken lager, evt be om rom på baksiden. Innholdsrik frokost, Et lite men OK treningsrom. Alt i alt et flott hotell med sentral plassering som kan anbefales.

Sentralt og behagelig i Amsterdam
God service fra ankomst til avreise. Vi hadde 3 rom på reisen og det var store forskjeller på rommene i størrelse og opplevd kvalitet. Gode bad som føltes rene. Frokostsalen opplevdes enkel men grei. Jeg bestilte frokost på rommet og det var en positiv opplevelse. Stort utvalg og gode råvarer.

Fint og moderne hotel
Veldig fint hotel, utrolig hyggelige resepsjonister, fine rom. Største minuset var at vi i bestillingen valgte dobbelseng og rom som skulle ha badekar, men da vi kom dit var det to enkeltsenger satt sammen som skled fra hverandre om man la seg inntil hverandre og badekar fantes visstnok ikke på den type rom vi hadde bestilt. Renhold var også veldig trege, dro klokken 9 en dag og var tilbake klokken 18:30, da hadde de ennå ikke vært der. De kom nærmere klokken 7. Pleier å spare på håndklær, men synes det er greit å få skiftet innimellom og greit å få tømt søppel og få nye kopper. Var også litt hard seng, men ellers tipp topp. Kunne bodd der igjen.

Stayed 6 nights in a junior suite which is quite spacious. The hotel is at the best location to most attractions by walking with very friendly and helpful staffs. There are endless dining options around. Hotel breakfast was excellent with great variety but it was exactly the same everyday which we got little tired after three days. It would be really lovely if there are some daily variations of the menu especially with the hot food :) Overall, we enjoyed it so much and will definitely come back & recommend to friends and family!

We had a lovely stay, the hotel is so pretty and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was walkable or you can easily get the metro around which is cheap and you can pick it up in Rokin, which is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel itself to make it even easier or if the weather is bad which it was when we stayed.

The hotel is beautiful and smells great. Every member of the staff was very nice. Perhaps we got one of the most suboptimal rooms (a junior suite) which we were expecting to have a more tranquil visit in. During our stay, one of the managers keyed into our room without reason to ask if everything was ok (we were sitting quietly taking a break). One night the restaurant/bar below had loud bass music until 11. No problem. Next night they had Loud, blasting music until 2 when I asked the staff to get them to turn it down which they did for about 15 minutes before turning it up again. Also banging things around hard enough to shake our walls. Left the next day. Slept maybe 3-4 hours both nights. I might try this place again with the caveat of not staying above the restaurant. The staff were all very apologetic about the commotion and I know it wasn’t their fault but it was a difficult stay.

Great to serve hot chocolate occasionally in lobby. In walkable distance to various attractions. Just beware of the non functional tram station in front of the hotel and thus plan your travelling to the hotel ahead.
