Hotellrommene var slitt, skitne slitte tepper på gulv. Godt renhold i felles rom. Dårlig informasjon om betaling sv frokost. Det var svært dyrt når vi oppdaget at det var uten frokost. Dårlig info fra Hotels. Com. Hyggelig person i resepsjon

Det var en kjempe fint hotell. Ikke så langt unna transportmidler og ikke langt unna flyplassen. Ligger på en god og fint oversiktlig sted. Kommer tilbake en dag

Særdeles skuffende!
Dyrt, skittent og dårlig hotell litt utenfor selveste handlegater. Ikke verdt pengene og ble en særdeles skuffende opplevelse, med elendig service og lite hyggelig betjening. Kommer aldri til å bestille dette igjen.

Helgetur.
Hotellet var rent over alt. Alle ansatte var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Frokosten var god. Baren kunne vært oppe noe lenger om kvelden. Alt i alt godt fornøyd med oppholdet.

Fint hotell med deilig frokost
Hotellet imponerte ettersom det var god service og veldig serviceinnstilt personale. Her følte man seg «ekslusiv». Frokosten var kjempegod, med mat for en hver smak! Synd den ikke var inkludert i prisen siden den var litt dyr. Rommet vi fikk var kjempefint, anbefaler rom med utsikt. Sengen kunne vært mykere, men ellers ingenting å klage på. Jo, det kunne vært gulvvarme på badet..

The hotel and staff were great - everything looks like new and is spotlessly clean. The rooms we had were on the 6th floor overlooking the canal, so we had wonderful views. I know it is common now in hotels, but personally I prefer a wardrobe and drawers to a hanging rail and shelves. (Though I guess it cuts the costs of furnishing rooms and means that I am less likely to leave stuff behind when I leave, which is no bad thing.)

Very well located for Museumsplein. Room overlooked the canal. Rooms light and airy. Great choice at breakfast buffet and lovely staff. Reception is not adequately staffed at weekends meaning long waits at busy times (10am/12.00). Leave plenty of time for check out if you have a timed museum ticket. Also guests at Reception were not served in order in our experience.

There was lots of black mould in the bathroom around the tub, and the shower curtain was covered in black mould at the bottom. The tables and lamps were dusty.
