Vi var kun 1 natt. Ikke kjøleskap på rommet. 1 madrass var var av dårlig kvalitet ( nedligget på midten) mye støy fra ventilator vifter i bakgård.Vi hadde Rom 214.

Oppholdet var bra. Hotellet ligger nære sentralstasjonen og sentrum så det er enkelt å komme seg rundt til fots. Hotellet i seg selv bærer preg av å være moderne og fint. Personale var hyggelige og imøtekommende. Eneste negative var at rommet vi fikk var i kjelleren helt uten vinduer noe som gjorde at det var trang luft, klamt og litt klaustrofobisk. I tillegg til dette gikk ikke AC anlegget lavere enn 17 grader og med null mulighet til å åpne vinduer ble det helt utrolig varmt om natten. Badet luktet også svært innestengt (sikkert på grunn av dårlig luft). Ellers var det et fint opphold.

Perfect location and simple but nice rooms
Nothing to complain about! The rooms was plain and clean, and the hotel itself are in a perfect location for walking to everything. Are definitely using this hotel for my next stay.

Vi hadde bestilt rom med AC. Rommet vi fikk hadde AC som lagde rar lyd, tillegg hadde de satt en vifte inne på rommet. Vi sa fra at vi hadde bestilt med AC og fikk i svar «har dere ikke vifte på rommet?»,så de var klare over at AC var ødelagt. Vi sa at vifte og AC er to forskjellige ting og fikk et annet rom i fjerde etasje. Vel og merke så er det heis kun til tredje etasje, så du må bære bagasjen selv opp til en etasje. Rommet var det minste du kan tenke deg. Jeg hadde dessverre ikke fått med meg at det kun var 13 kvadratmeter, noe det sto i bestillingen. Vi var nødt til å legge koffertene oppå sengen for å åpne bagasjen og finne klærne våres.. Det var veldig ubehagelig å bruke toalettet, da hele badet luktet kloakk!! Vi følte oss konstant møkkete av å bo der, ønsket heller ikke bruke den skittene dusjen... Jeg blir utrolig oppgitt over å ha betalt nesten 4000kr for tre netter og det er dette vi fikk. Helt forferdelig!!! Ikke verdt pengene. Eneste er at det er midt i sentrum, men det kunne vi vært foruten med tanke på resten!

Really great location barely 19mins from train station and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to via tram or walking. A little noisy at times but that’s the guests not the hotels fault. Room was very compact but we booked an economy room and didn’t plan to spend much time in it other than sleeping. If we return to Amsterdam I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Rooms are fabulous, small, but very modern. I didn’t like the fact that the large soap/shampoo was not secured and could be tampered with (to be clear - no problems here, but it’s a general observation). Shower has hot water on demand, heating/AC fully adjustable, there are multiple adjustable lights, vanity/desk, safe and large TV. Negatives? Noise. I hated being close to the elevator & it looked like the 3rd floor hallway was a storage unit. Couldn’t hear the outside, just the comings and going’s of fellow guests. Was given free breakfast coupons, couldn’t use them as they were only valid from 8-11am. Overall, staff are fabulous, very polite, professional. Solo female traveller - felt very safe, conveniently located close to train, shopping & nightlife. Would stay here again!

was mir nicht besonders gefiel, dass der Lift nur bis Stockwerk 3 ging und alles nachher so verwinkelt war. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und behilflich. Das Hotel ist vom Bahnhof gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr viele Leute in dieser Gegend. Hat Restaurants in der Gegend.

Room was ridiculously small, the floor was in level so that a coffee cup was not safe in the desk. The hall was difficult to get to with suitcase weaving around like a maze up and down stairs.

I liked this hotel because it is in a very good location, close to the train station to return directly to London and yet very central and close to the tourist attractions. The staff was very kind and welcoming, nothing bad to complain about. However, some of the stairs are a bit steep, and the room I received was too narrow for my taste. If I got a more comfortable room (cubic shape and not like a narrow hallway) I would come back without any problem.

Hotel is located in ideal place in the heart of it all. Outside is very busy but it’s so quiet in the hotel it’s lovely. The room was lovely a clean and the bed is complete heaven just want you need after a lovey walk about. Hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly would come here again.

The rooms are very small. Not enough plugs for charging phones etc. Not enough storage, manged for two night stay. Good position for walking around the city. Breakfast taken in cafe next door, very good.

Lovely hotel, nice rooms, comfortable beds. 5 min walk from Train station & 5 min walk to Red light district. Convenient for all amenities. Plenty bars & restaurants on the same street. Hotel staff were lovely & so friendly. Would recommend Hotel CC.

The staff is very helpful and polite. The property is well kept and the rooms are nice. I booked the double standard room which was a bit compact but this is to be expected in this area. Overall it is a very nice property for the price point!

La stanza era piccola, molto piccola. Dal bagno fuoriusciva una forte puzza di Fogna. La mattina quando uscivamo dall’hotel la strada era piena di spazzatura creata dall’indovina della gente la sera prima.
