I arrived not long after 10 a.m., prepared to leave my luggage and go elsewhere while waiting for a room, but I was given a room immediately! As I was going away for 5 nights before coming back to spend my last night in Amsterdam in this hotel, I asked if I might leave some of my luggage and pick it up 5 days later - no problem!

Decent.
You get what you pay for. Decently priced. Hallways were not very clean, and certain things in the room were dirty. I.e. our coffee spoons had not been replaced since the previous guests. Location was good for transport, but a little questionable with weed sale right in front of the main entrance. Breakfast was decent but not more than that.

Gunstige priser og praktisk beliggenhet
Dette hotellet var overaskende bra. Beliggenhetene virker ugunstig ut, men togstasjonen er rett utenfor hotellet. Det er bare en stopp til sentrum. Herfra kan man reise hvor som helst. Veldig praktisk.

Sentralt beliggende men med nattero
Bodd her flere ganger pga ideell beliggenhet mellom Schiphol og Amsterdam Central stasjon, 10-12 min med tog begge veier. Også inter city tog stopper her om du skal reise litt lengre. Trikk har også endeholdeplass herfra. Fine rom og bad, god seng. Tidliger har det vært lyd fra ventilasjonsanlegget, nå var det ikke et pip å høre. Lite støy fra tog/trikk/buss selv om dette er et trafikk knutepunkt. Ingenting å høre fra naborom, kan høre folk på gangen. Meget enkel frokost. Bra renhold, men utføres av innleide (tror jeg), de utfører renholdet sent på dagen, men da er jeg sliten etter shopping, så jeg sier ja takk til kun nye håndklær og evt søppeltømming, det er en ordning vi begge er fornøyde med. Ingen restaurant utover frokost, men du kan ha take away på rommet. Det er restaurant på gateplan ved hovedinngang og gatekjøkken på gateplan (-2 etage) ved busstasjon. Flere restauranter i 5 min gangavstand. Dagligvarer ved hovedinngang (Spar kjøp) og jernbanestasjon (200m bort) har Albert Heijn to go. Hotellet fungerte helt greit under Corona tiden. Turist skatt kommer i tillegg, men nå blir det i det minste opplyst om på bestillingsbekreftelsen. Savner ismaskin og store glass på rommet.

Room was ok, so was breakfast. Hotel was located near station so very easy to get around. Small grocery store at ground floor was great. Our room faced station and you could hear every train, tram and bus, seriuous noise issues. Would not recommend if you are light sleeper.

Overall a very good hotell.
I belive this is my 3-4 time at the same hotell. This time there was no howling wolfpack sound from the ventilation. This is a good hotel for budged minded traweler. Clean and most thing work as advertised. Splendid location with train (about 11 min from Schiphol and Amsterdam Central), Metro and Tram just outside the doore. In a Tram ride you see the city, during daytime it is about 10 min betwen departures. Time for complains: At hotels.com they state all taxes is inkludet in the price, but i have to pay just under € 10 in city tax each time. Hotels.com dont bother to ansver. Cleaning is probably done by 3 party firm, it is clean. But my shower soap was emty, reception said it will be fixed during cleaning next day. It was not so i asked the cleaning personell to do it, they was just outside my room. They was not happy about it but gave me a soap so i could change it myself, and i did. I tryed wi-fi in the reception, as every other time i have tried it dont work. Hotell gave me extra service by putting a take away meny in the frecer so i could bring it with me home.

The checkin was not breezy. Room was provided dirty including used toilet and linen crumpled up. Upon complaining, they sent staff to our room and we were not able to use the room for a long time. Second day, they locked us out of room in the afternoon and then asked us to pay additional room tax, which could've been asked for while we checked in initially. Rude staff as well.

Avoid it if you can !!! Horrible!!
The front desk staff are horrible tmlst of them do not know even the basic information about thier own hotel and rooms. The website mentions that there are safety deposit boxes in the room while the hotel staff 1 lady who works in the evening told me that we did not have a safety deposit box in our room as it was spoiled and removed while the 2 other ladies at the front desk in the morning had another answer. After having my previous reservation canceled that i have emailed confirmation from hotel.com i was told when i arrived at the hotel that there are 2 reservations under my name and i will be charged for both of them. When it was clearly thier negligence but i was told to call hotels.com to resolve the issue. After pleading them to cancel the other reservation the Manger did cancel it and made it seem that it was our fault not them. Thats just top notch customer sevice from hell. The location is all this hotel has going for itself. The area though at night is not safe as you have drunk men standing right outside the hotel door trying to get in all the time.

Over all ok room could of been a bit more cleaner. But a big but we got there early b4 check in so they put us in a double room 2 single beds..so was happy but could of changed rooms but didn't..

Room was clean. Close to the train bus and metro which was great and also too busy and crowded with people going in and out of the station. Breakfast was ok. Wish the had more fresh fruit beside apples and bananas. Staff were ok. Didn’t have to deal with them really.

Otel odaları görsellerimde gösterildiği gibi değil odalar küçük ve yatak boy uzunluğu uzun bir kişi için oldukça yetersiz ve rahatsız. En önemlisi de kış aylarında gidecekseniz soğuk bir odada kalmayı göze alarak gidin. Çünkü klima ve ısıtma çalışmıyor. Resepsiyondaki görevliye bu durumu söylediğimizde bu duruma hiç şaşırmadı. Alternatif kliması çalışan boş oda olmadığı için bize küçük bir elektrikli ısıtıcı verdi. 2.akşam verdikleri ısıtıcı da çalışmayınca ve yeniden farklı bir boş oda talebimiz karşılanmayınca büyük elektrikli sobayı almaya hak kazandık:)). Özetle tavsiye etmiyorum
