The sink in the bathroom was dirty , do your best next time ok 😊 About the restaurant I ordered biff steak and the biff was swimming in the gravy ( sauce) and it was no taste at all so it s better with a pizza I guess next time if I ll use your hotel. Sincerely Sam Benamar

Jeg overnattet en natt, når hele Nederland var under lock down, pga Covid -19. Jeg måtte oppholde meg på rommet hele tiden. Til tross for det fikk jeg veldig god service fra en hyggelig stab.

Cheap solution if only sleep
Uheldigvis grunnet Covid var alt stengt. Ingen shuttleservice, som vi ikke ble informert om før bookingen var betalt på nettet. Ingen mat på hotellet. Betjeningen hyggelige men litt dårlig kommunikasjon. Vi fikk låne sykler, som var hyggelig, ellers er hotellet kun for overnatting, rimelig og greit. 45 min sykkeltur til Harleem. Ingen uteplass bortsett fra et par røyke-benker ved inngangen. 2 min fra jernbanestasjonen og bare ett stopp fra Shiphol. Det er bra.

Overnatting i Hoofddorp
Store rom, frokosten var grei, men kanskje litt sparsommelig og kjedelig? Da jeg skulle sjekke ut på morgenen var det lang kø i resepsjonen med folk som skulle sjekke inn og ut, og ingen som jobbet. Veldig merkelig kl 11:40 når utsjekk er kl 12. Det kom noen etterhvert, men det burde vært flere folk til å ta unna køa. år pluss for beliggenheten rett ved stasjonen i Hoofddorp, og at det er kort til flyplassen med toget. De har også shuttelbuss til/fra flyplassen.

Very American .. free parking. The train to the airport and and to the city center is kind of expensive .. no shuttle .. standard Hampton Inn breakfast.

シングルベッド2台の部屋を2部屋4人で泊まるために予約していましたが、一部屋はダブルの部屋、交換してもらったのはよかったですが、真夜中過ぎにドアを開けてカップルがはいってきた。とんでもない。スタッフ数が足りないのか 部屋を交換したことが記録されていないのかわかりませんがその後眠れませんでした。 空港から最寄り駅までの交通はちょっとわかりにくい。 朝食は種類も多くよかった。 宿泊費も安く抑えられたのもよかった。

Hotel stood surrounded by a moat, very unique. Hotel was clean, modern, quiet, room lovely, bed comfortable, buffet breakfast well stocked with good variety of tasty fresh food, staff helpful. Location good near train station, also only twenty minutes walk to centre of Hoofddorp with plenty of dining options.

This is an airport area hotel, but they have NOT had an airport shuttle for 3 years. We’ve stayed here several times pre-COVID and it’s a great facility and staff, and near train station. Airport shuttle should be part of their offering.

Very nice environment and plenty seating and lots of choice for dining. Rooms well kept. Breakfast is good. Would definitely recommend and will book again if needed.

De toevoeging "by Hilton" is verwarrend. Het is een BudgetHotel, met een eenvoudige zakelijke uitstraling. In een overwegend zakelijke massale kantorenomgeving. Er zijn in de directe omgeving geen dineropties. Voor ons doel; een kort bezoek en verblijf in het Spaarne ziekenhuis ongeschikt. We hadden beter in Haarlem-stad een hotel moeten kiezen.

Spacious and very warm room, not able to have under 19degrees , but were very clean . Staff were excellent, great breakfast. Transport from the train station or buses is a ten minute walk away, not very well signposted, but easy enough. A good place to stay if you don't mind travelling into Amsterdam, one stop on the train from Schiphol Airport.

Not Again
My stay was not one that I would do over, missed my flight due to weather. I book for the night only to be told when I get there that I will be unable to get a key, if I leave my room they would have to let me hack in my room. The Hotel restaurant was not in service, and they provided no airport shuttle. I felt like a prisoner in the room.

We expected a better quality room from Hilton by Hampton considering the price and the location of the property is not in central Amsterdam. So we were left a little disappointed especially when we compared to our stay in Edinburgh in a similar location near the airport
