Fine rom med alt man trenger. Opplevelse å få utdelt skittent håndkle og noe møkkete (kaffe-flekker) på gulvet. Utenom det var det god service blant personalet, og standarden var god.

Veldig snille ansatte. Dermed er servicen god. Renslighet er dessverre ikke så bra, der var vinduer og speil som kunne ha vært mye renere, sengene var ustabile og de var ikke så flinke til å rydde/vaske i rommene.

Veldig bra!
Jeg og min samboer har hatt ett veldig fint opphold her. Baren var helt fantastisk, og kjempe gode drinker! Vil virkelig anbefale dette hotellet dersom du vil bo litt utenfor byen. Vi tok trikken da vi skulle til sentrum, og det er en fin liten gåtur. Anbefales!:)

Nice business hotel close to the airport
This hotel offers a good atmosphere and good design. The lobby/bar area is a nice place to hang out in the evening. Friendly and helpful staff. Not much to do close to the hotel. 10 minutes taxi to the city.

Store og fine rom. Bra service hjelper deg med det du trenger hjelp til. Ikke så veldig bra renhold. Bytter hånkle og rer opp sengen hverdag om ønskelig, men vasker ikke gulvet og det var skittent fra vi fikk rommet.

Greit sted hvis man har avtaler i området. Godt, men litt upersonlig, og dyrt.

Greit flyplasshotell med iskaldt rom om vinteren.
Greit hotell i nærheten av Schiphol. Vi mistet siste flight hjem og måtte ha et hotell i nærheten, og ta første fly neste morgen. Minuset var at rommet var iskaldt. Flisene på badet var også iskalde. Jeg skrudde temperaturen på fullt både på baderomsgulvet og i rommet, og vi la oss fullt påkledde. Det var litt varmere når vi stod opp, men fortsatt kaldt. Sikkert helt OK hotell med plussgrader ute, men hvis dette er representativt med -8 celsius ute, anbefaler jeg ikke dette hotellet om vinteren.

The hotel overall is pleasant, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast has enough choices, staff are friendly and helpful. I didn't like the fact that while I've already paid for everything upon my arrival at the check out the charged me again a small amount, no clue why

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel fanden wir die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Bad nicht überzeugend. In den Ecken lagen an allen Tagen dicke Staubflusen, trotz Reinigung und im Bad wurden an den ersten 2 Tagen die Handtücher gewechselt, obwohl es nicht erforderlich war. Am dritten Tag wurde gar nichts gereinigt und getauscht. 🤔☹

Fraudulent payments taken from my account - AVOID!
Stayed here on the 01/12 due to flight cancellations. Got assigned the wrong room with twin single beds even though I had booked and paid for a Business Suite. Reception then gave me a room where other guests were already in (seems to be a common thing from previous reviews) - 3rd time down to reception I was told no other rooms available then given a different room with twin beds. Hotel refused to refund the difference in price for the room that I had booked - I was told by reception that I had extras like breakfast added on, even though I only booked the room. I then had an additional £280.00 taken out of my account on 03/12 whilst back in the UK, without any communication! It's now evident that this hotel is scamming customers out of money, fraudulently creating new bookings on their systems instead of amending existing bookings when they don't have the rooms available. The hotel are refusing to refund my money, very rude and no care about their customers. I was not advised of any outstanding payments when checking out. I've been charged for 3 rooms + 3 x city tax for 1 night stay at this so called 4 star hotel ?! I would AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS - it's dirty and not safe as you're given access to rooms that are already occupied! My emails and calls are being ignored - £400 in their pocket and no accountability taken at all. Disgusting service.

Biraz merkezin dışında kalıyor, toplu taşıma ile ulaşımda biraz yürümek gerekiyor. Otel konsept ve temizlik olarak üst düzey seviyede. Bir daha ki seyahatimizde merkeze uzaklığı nedeniyle tercih etmem ancak araçla konaklama yapanlar için tercih edilebilir.
