Ikke fornøyd
Trodde vi skulle på ett flott hotel med gode anbefalinger, møtte først en uhøflig hotell ansatt ved innsjekking, måtte betale 100 EUR i depositum(står ingen steder), fikk rom i 5 etasje å når du kommer ut av heisen møter en vond lukt deg, nei dette var skuffende, bodd på mange andre flotte hoteller i Amsterdam. Spiste i sky lounge, bestilte crispy duck men dette var en dårlig utgave, desverre.

I am very sorry to see that your stay was not up to your satisfaction and highly regret the inconvenience and discomfort this may have caused. Please be assured that only welcoming and friendly service is reflecting the high standards of the team and I hope you did not perceive the Front Office agent as rude due to the fact that he asked for a security deposit as per standard in every larger hotel chain hotel. It was never our intention to seem rude as rude service is totally unacceptable. I am deeply sorry for not having met your expectations concerning the security deposit that has to be given upon check in via credit card or in cash. Kindly note that this procedure is a standardized procedure of hotels a certain size, also in Amsterdam, I am sorry for the discomfort this has caused you, this was never our intention. Please do accept my apologies for the bad smell you faced on your guest floor, which is definitely not what you can expect, same as unsatisfactory dishes in SkyLounge. Please never hesitate to share any concerns with the team on site to give us the chance to follow up and Make It Right. The team would have loved to do so. Vi opplevde hotellrommet som kaldt og upersonlig. De reklamerer med lcd TV, men det har de ikke. De har en mac som skal fungere som TV som er like stor som et frimerke. De hadde ikke kaffemaskin men en vannkoker og pappkrus. Badet var ikke rengjort etter vår standard og da vi sa fra og personalet kom å vasket ble det ikke vasket skikkelig. Vi kommer ikke til å bo dette hotellet igjen.

Rommet var ikke klart når jeg ankom, jeg skulle bli ringt opp når det ble klart. Jeg ble aldri ringt opp. Kredittkortet mitt ble belastet med 48,80 Euro, etter at jeg var sjekket ut. Mest sannsynlig lunch regningen til neste bruker av rommet. Ikke holdbart.

Super slow check in process. Not many enough staff at reception. Room wasn’t available not only for us but many others on the day we arrived. Renovation was going on at the hotel. Lights were out many times during the stay. We had to call reception every time the lights were out.

Wife and I stayed here four nights in early April. The location is excellent -- our room was quiet -- and the bed was comfortable. The downside was we arrived early and was told we could have a room, but must pay $15 per hour until check-in time at 3:30 p.m. I think that is excessive. Try not to arrive early. We didn't eat any dinners at the roof-top restaurant so can't comment on that.

Property is close to train station. Property is not in good condition. Check in is 3pm unless you es y yo pay extra to check in early. Everything is walking distance away big there are better hotels in the area for the same amount of money.

Our stay at double tree Hilton was very comfortable.. we took 2 interconnecting rooms which was perfect for our family of 4.. the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and quite spacious. Location is also very good.. very central. Will surely stay there again if we visit Amsterdam again.
