The room was unheated when I arrived. The heater was located half way up the wall and blew hot air up. Room remained cool most of night. Only one blanket available, which I doubled.

Ignored, no room phone, no WIFI, cockroaches OK
First, I was put on a do not rent list for the hotel because I complained about the following: 1. Asked for another pillow: told to call back in 5 minutes.. 2. No shampoo or conditioner. You had to buy it via their vending machines. 3. The room phone did not work at all!!! 4. I requested an office chair for the room. 5. Asked for housekeeping. Never received. 6. I had to call and work with their WIFI team to restore the WIFI for the FULL 2nd Floor. (about an hour of my time). Front desk would not respond for my request. I was ignored on each of these requests. The final straw for me was the report of cockroaches in the building. I travel the world over and have never had such a horrible experience. Being ignored was the way they operated. Mia the housekeeper was the best and resolved many of the issues when management would not step up... or even write notes when service was needed. And to think I was the one that cannot rent a room at this Motel 6 again in the future. Like I would

Disappointing stay
Had to wait to check in because no one was behind the desk for 10 minutes. There were stains on the wall, the bathroom wasn’t clean, one of the “clean” towels had hair all over it, there was no shampoo/conditioner and the front desk couldn’t find any when I asked for it, and the Wi-Fi wouldn’t work well enough to play a YouTube video.

Be wary of extra "guests"
The initial room we were assigned, 310, was awful! Once we could enter the room, we immediately noticed bugs everywhere. Cockroaches, flies, etc. We rushed back down to the front desk and were given a new room number, 210. The new room smelled cleaner, no signs of insects after a thorough investigation, so we decided to stay.

I was awakened at 3:30am by noisy neighbors. I had a room with a connecting door and it was like they were practically in my room. They were up (which meant I was), until 5:30 am. There was no soap or hairdryer in the bathroom. And nothing to make coffee/tea.

The hallways were lined with bags of trash. There was a hole in the by the elevator. The room was very dingy and run down. I ended up not staying. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. There was no luggage cart and I needed to be able to bring in everything from my car since I couldn’t see the car from the room. I wasn’t going to be able to haul all my belongings up to the third floor without a cart. The clerk refunded my room when I asked.

Bathroom was dirty and hair all over in shower. Half the room lights didn’t work or had finicky switches. Window curtain wasn’t wide enough to cover entire window. Shower was very slippery and easy to fall in, especially for a handicap room. Ceiling had obvious water damage.

Found a couple of dead roaches. Should have made sure they were cleaned up before someone used the room. I felt like the bedsheets weren't chanced when I pulled back more of the cover in the morning. Found some short black hairs down at the end of the bed. I have long hair. There were dirty sheets in the hall. Was some trash also in the hall. It was quiet during the night, which I was thankful for. I was very tired and wanted sleep getting in at 11 pm.

Stinky!!
Stinky!! Literally. The entire hotel plus my room had this extremely strong unpleasant odor. It’s hard to put your finger on. Like a mix of body odor, vomit old food, and some sort of cheap cleaning solution all mixed together with perhaps of spritz of cigarette smoke on top. It was truly nauseating.

I got there they tried to say I didn't prepay The guy working at the counter tried to put us in a room with a full bed that smelled and wasn't what I requested online They finally put us in a new room and it was full of ants. The flooring was coming up and was a tripping hazard in the doorway for the bathroom. The sink drain was busted so we had no usable sink. The heater only barley worked and the TV didn't even go loud enough to hear over the heater
