An OK hotel with perfect location, but the check-in ruined my experience with it. I had booked and pre-paid a room but was instead offered an apartment in another building. I declined because the apartment was inconveniently located and it didn’t have a work desk, which I completely depended upon. Then I was told that they didn’t have any rooms available because they were overbooked. Only when I had insisted for some time, arguing that I had already paid for the room, did they give me one. So it was strange that they didn’t just give it to me in the first place - then they could have avoided this bad review.
