Lobby was dark and dreary. Room needs updating. Not very clean and noisiness from the street made it difficult to sleep. Definitely has a bed bug or flea issue as I left early due to bites all over my arms and legs. I did contact the property re my issue but never heard back. Would not recommend a stay here.

Glorious Rome
The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was small but functional. All the major sites of Rome were within a 15 mins metro ride away. Cipro metro station was just a 3 minute walk. I would happily recommend Innvatican as a wonderful place to stay in Rome and would definitely stay there again

Établissement en toute simplicité
Très bonne communication avec l’hotel Les hôtesses sont très aimables, l’établissement simple mais très propre. Petit bémol sur l’ascenseur qui est très bruyant et l’isolation pas terrible mais dûe à la construction Emplacement idéal pour visiter le Vatican mais environnement pas très glamour (barre d’immeuble et poubelles multiples)

Cher Monsieur Christophe, merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes contentes que vous apprecié la disponibilité de notre personnel et la position de notre structure. Pour l'insonorisation étant une petite structure est plus affectée par le bruit externe que interne par rapport à un grand hôtel et pour l'environnement et la poubelle n'est pas notre faute. De toute façon nous espérons de vous avoir encore nos client. cordialement

Está ubicado cerca del metro y de parada de autobuses. Tiene varios locales cercanos donde desayunar, cenar y comer. Es silencioso. Está limpio y es muy nuevo.

Il soggiorno è stato ottimale sotto tutto i punti di vista. La signorina della reception gentile e disponibile fin da subito, al nostro arrivo ha subito offerto qualcosa da bere. Al momento del check-out, partendo noi nel tardo pomeriggio, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nella struttura e di prenderli alle ore 18:00, in questo modo abbamo continuato a girare Roma in tutta tranquillità!

I would stay there again.
This was just a really nice place to stay. Excellent value for money. Metro, Vatican all within easy walking distance. The neighbourhood well looked dodgy due to all the tagging in the area how ever did not come across anyone that seems bad.

Tolles Hotel fussläufig zum Vatikan
Sehr schönes angenehmes Hotel, fussläufig ist man in circa 10 Minuten am Vatikan. Zudem ist man innerhakb von 5 Minuten an der Metro, trotzdem ist es für Rom relativ ruhig gelegen.

Tutto al top Quando tornerò a Roma soggiornerò QUI
Abbiamo trascorso solo una notte. Ci ha accolto una ragazza molto gentile, che con un tono di voce educato e pacato, ci ha spiegato gli orari di entrata ed uscita, ci ha dato le chiavi, e ci ha illustrato cosa visitare. Tutte le stanze erano prenotate ma c'era un silenzio rispettoso. La stanza è pulita e dotata di tutti i confort (aria condizionata, riscaldamento, televisore, wifi gratuito { 20 Mbps ;) } e nel mio caso una porta che da sul terrazzo nel giardino.

El servicio fue lo mejor, muchas gracias!!!
Me encantó el servicio ya que mi esposo estuvo constipado durante el viaje y nos ofrecieron muchas atenciones para ayudarlo a mejorar. La habitación muy limpia. Me parece que el precio es muy justo. Sólo que para viajes largos las habitaciones pueden resultar un poco reducidas pero para ir por pocos días esta muy bien.

Lo sentimos mucho que la habitación era pequeña, pero la habitación que ha reservado, la doble economy es la habitación más pequeña de dimensiones y más barata, pero tenemos también otros tipos de habitaciones más grandes. 깔끔하고 조용한 숙소
직원들이 엄청 친절하고 매일 청소해줍니다. 근데 방이 좀추웠어요....시설은 깔끔합니다. 위치가 바티칸에서는 가까운데 주요 관광지는 좀 거리가 있지만 역이 숙소 앞이라 이동에 큰 문제는 없었네요.

Excellent holiday in Rome
We enjoyed our stay there for two nights very much. Roberta was very helpful and welcoming, made us very comfortable because we were early and had to wait for room to be ready. Only had to wait 15 minutes but we were given cold water, cappuccinos and dolci. She helped us with our ongoing travel plans from Rome. We appreciated her help very much. Gave recommendations on the best places to eat for good good at good prices. Will book again. Thank you.

Naprostá spokojenost
Hotel má skvělou polohu v blízkosti zastávky metra "Cipro", deset minut chůze k chrámu sv. Petra, pět minut k Musei Vaticani. S hotelem jsem dokonale spokojen, dámy na recepci jsou velmi ochotné a milé; naprostý klid a čistota. Znovu bych se zde ubytoval!
