El hotel esta excelente pero hay cosas en las que pueden mejorar. En los cuartos la cerradura abre muy facil por lo que no hay seguridad para los papas que viajamos con niños pequeños, mi bebe de un año abria la puerta con facilidad. Las almohadas tiene mal olor, deben cambiarlas o ponerles covers plasticos para que esto no ocurra. Los baños no tiene division al cuarto por lo que si alguien despierta primero al encender las luces molesta a los que todavia duermen.

Elegimos Riu Bambú x ser exclusivo para FAMILIA, pero cuando llegamos al lobby nos cambiaron de Hotel nos enviaron a Palace Punta Cana; si fue mejor o no... No podemos evaluar ya que no conocíamos las instalaciones. Debería ser toodooo incluidooo, x ejemplo las mesas de juegos dentro del hotel tienen costo como y deberían ser gratis para el huésped Áreas no habilitadas como el baño turco, show para el área social por la noche no hubo y nada de distracción familiar. En alimentos muy buena variedad y bebidas alcohólicas para adultos lo que quieran. Las actividades familiares tuvimos que buscarlas fuera del hotel

El servicio a la habitación fue insaticfactorio ya nuestra estadia fue de 9 dias y nunca nos arreglaron el aire y los gaveteros no cerraban bien y hacian mucho ruido al tratar de cerrar las gavetas, mucho esfuerzo para cerrar.

Our lovely staff work hard to keep them under control, since our grounds have extensive garden areas. This property was horrible. My family and I have the worst experience ever. The staff were mean, the place has roaches. The walls have holes in them. The food was the same food, no matter where or restaurant you went to drinks was horrible. I know sometimes we read reviews and we might think it’s the person Opinion, but I can tell you if you want to waste your money and have a horrible time go to this hotel. Also, they have long walks to everything and no transportation to take you around. What park is not even on the property or any of the clubs?

We loved this hotel!! Customer service was exceptional from the minute we checked in with Portal he was amazing. Maria from the bar and “black Jesus” from the pool just to name a few!the rooms were clean and housekeepers were extremely attentive and nice! I cannot wait to go back!!

My family and i enjoyed our stay. We loved the kids club. Rhe gym at the Bambu was ok but small. You can use the gym at the other Riu Hotels. The room and facility was clean. We spent majority of the day at the pool or going on an adventure off-site. Most importantly, is that they have bottled water and the drinking water is filtered.

Beaches are great and rooms are good. Service is great. Food was not up to the expectations. Very big difference from the other RIU hotels at the same location: Everything was buffets including their on site restaurants. Only the steak house was a sit down menu with only three choices. Over another good family vacation just disappointed with food.

The room was old and musty. The A/C did not get cold enough. The service was not good. Called for blankets for the beds they sent trash bags. Called 2 more times. No blankets were sent. Had to go to the front desk, where they barely understood. The food was awful. There were no stores to buy snacks or drinks. Reservations for the restaurants took over an hour...for buffett style??.. Not at all like the RIU in Mexico. I would never return to punta cana.

Loved the beach with plenty of chairs in sun and shaded by palm trees. Staff was engaging poolside with activities. Room needs updated, only 2 working outlets, must leave key in room for electrical to work so in order to charge devices or computers , no blankets only a sheet on bed and it gets really cold.

Hotel was average. Needs upgrade. Rooms are very old and needs complete upgrade. Pillows are worst. Motel 6 has better pillow. Bathroom towels are old and looks like rug. Food was good if you are non-vegetarian but if your are vegetarian, you have very few options. Drinks at all bars sucks. They use cheap alcohol. DJ was playing Spanish music all the time which gave us headache. Staff don't speak English, so it was hard to get any answers. Very poor customer service at the concierge. Beach was super awesome. Best beach I have visited.

I was disappointed in the state of the rooms and lack of working amenities. When brought to the staffs attention things were ignored and they refused to help directing me to RIU corporate rather than helping at the resort. Horrible customer service, difficult to get housekeeping or water to the room. Very disappointed for a 5 star resort the cost of it to have such a bad experience. I'd recommend another property that is not RIU

The property is bad, our door kept on opening like 5 times on its on, the food horrible.. rice, beans, yuca, plantains everyday for lunch and dinner, breakfast time iHop is better. Super unsafe for kids, there was a pedophile looking at the young boys underneath the bathroom doors while the kids were using the restroom, He even touch one of my kids private parts. We reported to management they didn’t do sh…t. I will definitely never come back to this place.

Las instalaciones algunos lugares sucios como los baños de la piscina y frente al lobby, la comida del menú diario no había donde escoger todo los días lo mismo no hay variedad, no tenía sazón dominicano como uno espera, y no se Mantiene el menú todo el tiempo la comida fría, lo único rescatable es la atención de los chicos en el restaurante, deben mejorar en la seguridad del hotel para los niños , mucho alcohol, yo diría que no es familiar es para personas adultas que les gusta la farra , no cumplió con lo que ofrecen , no cumplió nuestras expectativas como paseo familiar
