Eksemplarisk hotell og ansatte
Mine foreldre hadde et fantastisk opphold på dette hotellet! Hotellet har svært god standard, i alle ledd! Alle de ansatte gir eksemplarisk service. De er hjelpsomme og vennlige. Maten i restauranten er nydelig. De fikk servert fantastisk frokost og middag hver dag. Hotellet har et godt renhold. Det er rent og ryddig på hele hotellet. Det lukter rent i alle etasjer. Hotellet har flotte hotellrom med gode senger. Hotellets hyggelige sjåfør, kjørte dem trygt til og fra flyplassen. Hotellets pikkoloer og vakter gjorde at de følte seg trygge til en hver tid. Mine foreldre anbefaler dette hotellet på det varmeste!

This place is just perfect.
An absolute great hotel. Near to town centre, just a 10-15 walk to the town main square. Spacious rooms. Housekeeping perfect, turn down servie etc. We simply loved breakfast. All you could wish for, omelett bar etc. Highly recommend this hotel for any kind of travel.

Buffet breakfast is very good. Location biggest asset. Staff were helpful when asked questions but there is an opportunity to be more proactivly engaging by for example asking " is this your first time to Prague?" and then providing some appropriate advice. Many guests are probably over 65 many may not know when they arrive that they can ride on the public transportation for free. If you mentioned that and provided basic information on how to best use it would make clients very appreciative. Bloomberg news or 1 Japanese station are the only english channels on tv, adding at least BBC or CNN would be an improvement. Exit from the bathroom had a toe stubbing and falls danger door sill that should be "ramped". Access to electric outlets is poor for connecting charging devices. Hall and interior carpets appear to be getting near there useful life.

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the unexpected room upgrade. Our room was a lot bigger than I'm used to in Europe and it even came with a sauna! The room decor was quite impressive and the bottle of chilled champagne was a nice touch. To add to that, the complimentary items in the mini fridge was over the top. Very nice! If there's one thing that i can nit-pick about the room, it's the slight odor that comes from the toilet. We're guessing that it's due to the building and sewer system being so old. Other than that, the room was perfect. The breakfast on the second floor was decent and the service staff was nice enough.

We enjoyrd our stay very much. Lovely hotel with helpful staff! The room was way to hot the first night but that was fixed immediately when we told the staff. Great breakfast with perfect service and cleanliness! We would love to return!

The hotel is beautiful, the staff and service was 5 star! The staff are knowledgeable, professional and very kind. From breakfast to booking tours they were so helpful. Our only complaint is that it was too warm. The weather was unseasonably warmer and there is no A/C. The windows in the room do open but you will hear street noise. Good hotel! Good Stay!

L'hôtel est super, bien placé et le bâtiment est très joli. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux, le buffet est assez varié. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, la salle de bain est très bien. Seul bémol, on entend un peu les bruits de couloir, c'est d'autant plus dommage qu'il est possible de mettre une porte entre le vestibule de la chambre et le lit, cela atténuerait les bruits. Sinon le personnel à la réception est gentil et nous a fourni pansements et parapluies.

リーズナブルな豪華ホテル
事前に見た口コミにもあったが、内容は５つ星レベルで値段は４つ星レベルと非常にリーズナブルだった。 建物内装はきれいで、大理石の浴室、チーズやハムなどバラエティに富んだ朝食・おいしいカプチーノ、NHK英語放送を含む世界各国の放送が見られるテレビなど楽しめて、二人で2万円弱だった。 立地もプラハ駅まで徒歩約10分、繁華街まで約５分、旧市街広場まで約15分の便利な場所にあった。
