Very enjoyable stay here. Room was compact,but well designed. Comfortable bed, good wifi, good shower. Small balcony with sun for a couple of hours, other rooms probably better for sunshine. Helpful friendly staff at reception and elsewhere. Medium sized pool, water a little cool but enjoyable. Breakfast was good. 5 minute walk to beach. So much choice for food and drinks closeby. Look out for all the irish bars, sometimes side by side.

The ”cleaning” of the room was non existent! Disaster! No clean towels. The ”parfyme” in the reception area was too strong and made me nauseous. A lot of flies and screaming birds by the pool. Construction next to the hotel. Annoying with all the extra costs for towel at the pool area, use of the safe etc. I would not recommend this hotel even though the room and pool area was nice. No serviceminded staff at all.

Nice hotel with a very cold pool.
Nice hotel. Ridiculously late check in at 4pm though, I thought maybe it was 2pm but my fault for not reading it. Lots of construction going on around the area, but not the hotels fault. Room was adequate and spacious. The biggest let down for me was the swimming pool. Absolutely freezing, never known a hotel with such a cold pool. It’s a real shame as the pool area is beautiful.

Limpieza mediocre. Nos dieron una habitacion sucia ( manchas en suelo y mobiliario) siguió sucia los días q nos alojamos. Aún poniendo el cartel de NO MOLESTAR, entraron en la habitación. A las 8 de la mañana, ya se oía al personal x los pasillos con los carros.

The hotel was opposite a massive building site. we were all-inclusive gold plus, but this still meant we were only allowed to order 2 drinks each at a time (includes both alcohol and soft drinks) and the bar had a long queue most of the time so it put you off going to the bar. it felt like access to water was restricted the whole holiday. there was no bottled water put in the rooms for us and none available via a water fountain or anything which meant you had to go to the bar which was a mission! the staff seemed to say no to everything you asked which was very odd customer service! they were understaffed and often only 1 staff member working the bar which meant an extremely long queue. however the food at the hotel was very good.

This is a lovely family friendly hotel It ticked all our boxes Its in a lovely location, our room had a beautiful almost panoramic view of the marina, it was very clean, modern decor, with friendly staff It is up a slight hill we had two buggies and didn’t struggle but if you have a wheelchair it may be more challenging The food options were good and vast and we’re continually freshly topped up throughout service Pool was clean and lifeguard was always present The bars in the hotel looked good but were quite busy after 10pm. We didn't stay for any of the entertainment but it was advertised in the hall with the entertainment schedule I would just say that there was no trolly to help move suitcases around which was challenging with 3 kids and 2 buggies but we sorted it in multiple trips. (However it would have definitely helped to have one available) I would definitely return and recommend

Best on coast
We stayed for 3 night's. We booked this hotel as we wanted to be close to 24 hour square where all the night life is. The position of the hotel for night life, beach and bars is perfect. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had( and I've travelled a lot). Plus the staff are again some of the best in my travels. I will DEFINITELY be back 😊.

Friends for a big birthday. Food & Drink was good. Brilliant location for the Marina & nightlife. Rooms very small & basic, very disappointed. Did all-inclusive, however this meant we didn't get the best treatment. Security was very rude of an evening & spoke to us like children. Wouldn't stay again!

hotel has been done up, rooms and all areas much better now, great value buffet breakfast with great variety and spead laid on ... great location with access gate down to Marina area which helps avoid the road hill and truck traffic...good shortcut also for those with mobility or health issues... only grip was rooms were noisy from vehicle outside and doors and cleaners inside..better main door seal and a big ask better sliding windows would do the trick...although v good experieince.

Hotel seemed brand new or had recently been refurbished. Kept very clean and tidy. Within a 5-10 minute walk of the marina area where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops, the beach a further 5 minutes from there also. Breakfast buffet very nice with loads of choice, dinner is a buffet too which I didn't have but heard good things. Only gripe was the bar doesn't stay open past midnight, maybe out of season and not the end of the world. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here though.

Hardly any sleep, could not use the swimming pool!
We had a front bedroom with a balcony. Did not get much sleep due to the noise outside and the early morning builders in the building site opposite. We did not use the balcony due to the building site. Could not use the outside pool, as the water was freezing. The hot tub was covered up and the indoor pool you needed a swimming cap. The staff at the bar were brilliant. You could not wish for more choice at breakfast.

Totally refurbished, looks like a new hotel inside
The hotel has been refurbished over the winter months, very clean and clinical, we had a few issues, our room was extremely small, a few issues with a few new staff members, but after speaking to Steven the hotel manager we moved to another room and sorted the other issues out, as a frequent traveler I understand that we don’t live in a perfect world, but it’s how we sort the customer service out 10/10 , The outstanding staff were the lady chef at breakfast who cooked my wife bacon and eggs and nothing was too much trouble, Rita the entertainer and the life guard, the hotel is a safe and beautiful place, it’s perfectly placed as you leave from the bottom garden and your over the road from the marina

Lovely property, a few mins walk to the nearby marina. Location was great, staff and service was lovely. Very fresh and new, external areas are having finishing touches to finish the overall look of the hotel. Some construction work is underway across the road so expect some noise during the day.

Much needed break
Had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything 10/10. Great location, cleanliness amazing the hotel smelled amazing very fresh which may sound strange but it made you aware that everything was cleaned to a high standard. Staff amazing and so accommodating. Definitely will recommend to others and will be back.

Perfekt läge. Stilrent enkelt hotell. Riktigt bra sängar. Bra poolområde, bra gemensamutrymme. Mycket snabb och bra personal. Bra frukost. Mycket nöjd med allt utom frukostkaffet som inte var gott. Saknade kaffebryggare på rummet.

Ingen ventilation. Mögellukt i badrummet. Väldigt lyhört från korridor, då det är stor springa i botten av dörrarna. Personal trevlig. Mycket bra frukost.
