The hotel is Close to all old bildings in Sintra, Lisboa, like castels, Rena palace. The residens of the king untill 1910. Meny castels and old fine arts. Historic Place. God vine and Food.

Serviceinnstillt resepsjon. Enkel standard men rent og godt vedlikeholdt. Frokost inkludret service trekker litt ned. Ypperlig lokalisert midt i gamle byen.

Ikke i nærheten av antall stjerner hotellet har
Stærrelse på rommet,og egen balkong trekker opp... MEN, ingen såper på badet første døgnet, inntil jeg sa i fra. Kun en av tre-fire ansatte i resepsjonen som var hyggelig og serviceminded. De andre svarte surt og gadd ikke ringe f-eks samarbeidende golfbaner uten at man følte man måtte mase.. Nøkkelkortet måtte avmagnetiseres hele tiden, litt slitsomt når man bor i 7 etasje. Frokosten var stadig tom for ting. Tom for egg 3 av 3 morgener, måtte klage før det kom. Samme gjaldt til tider kaffe. Selve stedet (Sintra) kan anbefales. Hotellet anbefales ikke.

Eldre hotell som kunne trengt en overhaling. Luktet vondt på rommet. Antar det var et tidligere røykerom. Vegg-til-vegg-teppe på rommet. Super beliggenhet i forhold til det Sintra har å by på. Veldig god frokostbuffet! Vi bodde på rom med byutsikt, men rommene mot dalen har finere utsikt

We are situated in the center of the town with the perfect location for shops, restaurants and monuments near by us. We are sorry that the room you stayed in did not meet your expectations. Our rooms are ample in size and are decorated with rustic style furniture and furnishings in warm shades of cream and purple with paintings inspired by local landscapes. Most rooms have a panoramic view of the valley and the Sintra mountains or down to the sea on a clear day. However, we will take your comments into consideration during our next remodelling. Godt hotell
Godt at vi via Hotels.com hadde fått ein god pris på hotellet Tivoli. Sintra er nemlig den einast plassen vi har vert på under ei vekes reise i Portugal der prisnivået var unaturleg høgt. Vi brukte lite av hotellets tilbud til gjestene, men var fornøgde med service og kvalitet.

clean, good location, family room not connected
room is very clean, it's closed to the bustop, the restaurants and stores, about 2 min walk, very nice place, but remember to take a taxi from the train station, otherwise you'll have to walk for about 25 min to the hotel. But we are 3 person, it says family room, but it's actually to rooms that are not conneted, just two normal dobble rooms.

Hotel Tivoli i Sintra - midt i Centro Historico
Hotellet ligger i det historiske senter av Sintra - rett ved Palacio de Sintra som er tidligere tiders kongers sommerresidens. Det svært mange turister der på dagen da det arrangeres bussturer dit fra flere steder i det sørlige Portugal. Det er bedre om kvelden når de fleste dagsturistene har forlatt området. Flere gode restauranter, men relativt høye priser til å være såpass langt fra storbyer. Selve hotellet er OK - med hyggelig betjening, men virker litt gammeldags og ikke helt nyoppusset. En gammel TV med svært dårlige bilder forsterket dette inntrykket, men vi var ikke kommet for å se på TV så det var greitt. Kan anbefales.

They need to update the hotel. The room was big and the breakfast was decent though they should have better coffee We woke up in a sweat and had the thermostat to 17C… we learned that the vent only blows heat. So they gave us an old fan caked in dust… they gave us only 1 roll of toilet paper so we Asked for a second and it took over an hour to get and i had to Ashley again. Getting an extra towel also took a while. The front desk guy was rude as he told me Uber couldn’t come to the hotel and when I clarified where he responded rudely

We stayed for one night to visit the major sites in Sintra (which were spectacular). The hotel is very conveniently located relative to the sites. The gentleman on the front desk, Francisco was truly exceptional. He was very helpful and pleasant and made this visit one of our most memorable.

Best part is the location as you are right in the historical city center. However, if you have a car, beware: the roads leading to the hotel and the parking are extremely- extremely- narrow!!! The staff is professional but it would be a good idea for them to provide more details to the guests on how to access the parking and how to get out of it. The room was big and clean, which was a plus, but the wardrobe and the bathroom felt old and dingy. A fresh coat of paint would have made a world of difference.

The customer service from the staff was exceptional!! Everyone we came in contact with from the front desk to housekeeping, Maintenance & the Restaurant staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home. My wife and I would definitely stay at this location the next time we are in town.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Sintra! We got great customer service and it was a very positive experience. Our room had great views but was definitely a little dated and small but met all of our needs. You can’t beat the location and we somehow got parking out front, probably because it was low season. However, the drive there was a bit stressful so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend a car in Sintra if you can avoid it. All in all, a great place to stay when in Sintra!

The NH Sintra Centro is a lovely hotel with beautiful views out their balconies. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Only complaint would be that the bed was a little hard -could have used a new mattress.

The perfect location, right across from the national palace. A bit of an older hotel but it was clean and spacious, and i had a small terrace and it was comfortable to stay. Breakfast was a buffet and most of the usual European breakfast you often see but also different health bits like spirulina! I haven’t seen that before on a hotel spread! I’d definitely stay again.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. Right from the front door you can easily walk to many shopping and dining location. The rooms are clean and staff very friendly. If you are driving, it is a little tricky to get to the hotel. Parking available is reserved street parking right on front of the hotel. It may be cheaper to find Street parking near by.

Amazing hotel, the garage is a challenge.
Travelers should know that: The roads are steep and narrow to the garage. The front desk has to buzz guests into a garage which is difficult to find and off of a narrow road. The hotel staff is amazing and the decor and views are great.

Your property is very nice. However, you should warn visitors to Sintra arriving by train not to call an Uber driver. Our driver was not permitted to drive us to your hotel! Three of us had to walk up a long hill with our bags. Didn’t think I was going to make it…..

It’s in a fantastic location. There is some work which needs to be done to the property, which lets it down a little. The first room we stayed in had some plumbing issues which caused the wall itself to leak when the shower was running. We moved rooms and the hotel staff were very apologetic and incredibly nice about it. The next room we were in had clearly had recent work taken out on it, which hadn’t been painted over or finished properly, though there were no leaking walls and everything was perfectly fine. Aside from that, everything was very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. The bar is nice and there is a great balcony, avoid the restaurant though. The food is truly awful and the service is worse. A shame, as the space is perfectly nice and the view is great, it’s a real wasted opportunity. A very nice spot for quiet afternoon drinks though and there are plenty of good dining options within a five minute walk.

The room smelled like mildew. The drinking glasses smelled like they werent washed. Front desk attendant didnt want to be bothered with questions.
