Topp hotell!
Et helt topp hotell som, svarte til alle forventningene av et 5 stjerners storby-hotell. Store, delikate og praktiske rom med god seng, romslige sittearealer og alle tenkelige fasiliiteter. Frokosten var fantastisk. Personalet og resepsjonen og i guest-service-avdelingen var kunnskapsrike og vennlige. Enkel og grei lokalisering sentralt i Lisboa, med både buss og trikk rett utenfor døren. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

Lisboa er en spennende by, men dette hotellet svarte ikke til våre forventninger. Et eldre, stort hotell, plassert et stykke unna attraksjonene og Alfada. Ingen utsikt, med mindre du bor i de øvre etasjer. Slitent, eldre spa-anlegg som trenger oppussing, med svarte flekker rundt damp-bad. Forventer mer av et 5- stjerners, dyrt hotell.

A nice hotel to relax
We had a very nice stay at Dom Pedro. The staff were very nice and professional. They gave excellent service on all levels, and made it an relaxing stay. The food at the breakfast was excellent, with many choices. It's recommended. We were upgraded as Hotels.com Gold members. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We also got lounge as a part of the upgrade which was nice and calm. It's not in the downtown area of Lisbon, but it's at a hub when it comes to buses. The 711 goes downtown. The 783 goes to the airport etc. So it's easy to get everywhere and the Amoreiras shopping centre is across the street.

Bra hotell med god frokost
Bodde fire netter på hotellet i forbindelse med en konferanse. Bra og stort rom, og god frokost. Litt vekslende service i resepsjonen. Vi spurte om de kunne hjelpe oss med togtider til Sintra, men det kunne de ikke. Ikke noe stort problem så lenge vi kunne søke det opp selv, men litt overrasket over at de ikke tilbød seg å gjøre det for oss.

Meget flott klassisk hotel i Lisboa
Meget god, klassisk hotel, med topp service. Hyggelig betjening, bra service og respons på spørsmål. Rommet var stort og flott. God seng og bra med plass. Manglet en god stol, hvis man ønsket å jobbe. Stor tv og ellers god utstyrt. Badet var bra, klassisk stil, men ikke topp moderne. Frokosten og betjeningen der, var førsteklasses. Masse nydelig fersk juice, bakevarer og varm-mat. Rom-servicen var ok, rask, men kvaliteten så som så... Resepsjonen var utrolige, da de ordnet meg en Uber taxi, da alle vanlige drosjer streiket....! Meget flott og imponerende. Ellers ble det servert frukt og kaker på rommet, som en hyggelig overraskelse. Hotellet kan på alle måter anbefales!

This was a good hotel in terms of cleanliness and room size however it is not geared towards family stays, much more of a business or convention hotel with little in the way of facilities for family stays. The staff were very polite and helpful apart from in the small swimming pool area which is not designed for children and my son was given out to for making noise in the pool. The breakfast coffee needs to be improved.

If you want a star 5 property that has NO phone, computer, or any technology in your room and sit in a moldy sauna, as well as taking a taxi to go anywhere, and THEY WILL NEVER FILL your water in room like all the other hotels I stayed in Scotland and Spain that were 5 star hotels, and they wash your “cafe” cups in your sink by washing them literally in bathroom sink, and charge you for drinks you did not take (I got extra soda and water) Oh! It’s hot in your room (you can’t turn the AC down) if a 1985-1995 room is for you at their price, this is the hotel for you. I hated it. They also could have warned us that their military would be there and cut you off and watch every second. That was ridiculous.

Gostaria de dizer que sou cliente do Dom Pedro e ainda gosto muito do hotel, mas já penso em mudar de hospedagem. Desde a 1a vez que me hospedei no D. Pedro, percebi uma falta de harmonia nos funcionários que cuidam do café-da-manhã (pequeno almoço). Nesta última estada, a mesma coisa, ainda pior. Por três dias consecutivos, sequer perguntaram o número do apartamento em que eu estava. Sequer serviram propriamente o café na mesa (eu mesmo tinha que pegar a garrafa de café para servir a mim e à minha esposa). Como se não bastasse, os alimentos que pedíamos quase nunca vinham, ou demoravam para vir, ou vinham incompletos. A impressão que tive é que, apesar do esforço de alguns em bem servir, a chefe dos garçons trabalha de relativo mau humor, o que talvez cause desarmonia nos serviços do resto da equipe. No apartamento, no último dia, tivemos que pedir para reporem a caixa de lenços, item básico no banheiro. No acesso à sala VIP, quase nunca tinha qualquer comida disponível, somente água e refrigerantes....Tal situação, por sua vez, destoa totalmente do staff dos serviços de balcão, recepção e garagem, que são muito educados, atenciosos e realizam o serviço de forma impecável. Room was nice. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast offered for $19 euros was fantastic. My only complaint was the heat in the room was ridiculous and the a/c was switched off so we couldn’t cool the room.
