Bra: veldig be service. Alle var blide og snille. Veldig løsningsorienterte Mindre bra: litt slitt hotell så virker ikke som det er 5 stjerner lenger. Treningssenteret mangler essensielle apparater og lukter rart. Dårlig Internett dekning i resepsjonen. Flere ganger hadde vi ikke nett. Bassenget var for kaldt for babyen. Burde som standard støvsuge rommene hver dag

Flott hotell
Hotellpersonalet var virkelig imøtekommende og hjelpsom. Hotellet i seg selv var noe for seg selv, fra første stund man kom inn var det allerede hotellansatte som tok om hånd av deg og koffertene. Rommet jeg og kompisen min hadde var kjempefin, med en utrolig utsikt fra øverste etasje. Frokosten var utrolig, med mye å velge mellom. Middagen var veldig god den også, og de hadde forskjellige temaer for hvilken mat de serverte for hver kveld. Hadde det fantastisk bra,og hotellet er absolutt å anbefale! Noe for alle, enten du skal dit på venne tur, kjæreste tur, eller bare pga jobb!

I was surprised that the hotel wasn’t a bit nicer due to how much it costs. There are many cheaper hotels in Dubai that have more comfortable beds, nicer bathrooms, better television programming, and a newer appearance than this one.

I really appreciated the whole team from the drop off at the parking lot, checking in at the reception and all the way to the room services. In particular i want to appreciate Dishan the house keeping department, he really made sure the room is exemplary clean, we are comfortable and he was polite and kind enough to explain to us a few stuff within the hotel ,we enquired about. However i disliked the services at the sauna area the lady at the reception never explained nothing she was just on a cell phone yet an orientation there is paramount to avoid accidents or emergencies.it took the intervention of one of guys in red to explain what to do and how to go about it. all and above i feel home away from home.was here for a week but extended an extra 7 days.i was never tempted to check for other hotels around us for a change. I am a happy client did the first visit was impressed and now this my third stay here. Thank you soo much
