Lett tilgjengelig og rent hotell.
Hotellet var veldig fint. Stort og mange rom. Det var veldig rent og pent der. Fin badebasseng, treningsrom og spa. Perfekt for vår tur. Var også et kjempe stort kjøpesenter 300 meter fra hotellet, men vi var ikke der. Eneste vi har å utsette på hotellet var en del misforståelser. Ting som ikke kom, mat som ikke var het opp til standarden og spa behandlinger som var middels. Men alt i alt var vi veldig fornøyd med hotellet!

Meget bra hotel,vi spiste middags bufe om kvelden nede i spisesalen med Indiske gjester, 2 av oss fikk magetrøbel etter å ha spist bufe , 1 av det indiske gjestene og 1 fra vårt følge. men for all del dette er et bra hotel ,kanje litt stivt

Original impression when walking in is really good. It only gets worse from there. Majority of the staff doesn't care about the customer. Our room smelled foul and so they changed our room which was marginally better but was even less clean. They said they would shift our luggage but eventually we had to get it ourselves. Dinner tasted terrible and the stop serving you as soon as the time for breakfast, lunch, and dinner time is up. They would not tell customers the kitchen is closed and then just ignore you. If your looking for a 3 star hotel with a 1 star customer service experience, then this would be the place for you.

My water would not stay hot for longer than a few seconds. The hallways smelled bad. The staff was loud and slow while cleaning rooms and inconsiderate of guests in the rooms. In addition, be aware if you book through Expedia that they might not see this and have to charge you again.

Ok hotel, but it does not justify the 5 star price: furniture is dated, no hot water in my room for 2 days, carpet was not vacuumed prior to move in, card activation of room electricity did not work, lots of bored staff in restaurant not attending tables…. All was attended to with a lot of fuss, but AFTER it was pointed out.

Horrible service and Rude behavior of staff
I made a booking for 7th July at," The Grand". Reservation was made for 2 guest , I checked in round 8 30 p.m at the time of check-in i made it very clear that my finance will check in late at the time of my check in i submit his id and my id proofs and informed them he will checking in somewhere round 4a.m in morning. He came at the time of check-in he was stopped by ur staff Yoginder Singh and he got into an argument as per him my finance was a visitor and he cannot check in. After requesting several time to check with the reception he didn't let him step in the property and asked him either to make a reservation or he can leave the property . My finance have to call me it took almost 20 min for him check in after getting a confirmation from the reception. Such a horrible service i will never book this property again. Horrible service specialy Yoginder singh he dont know how to treat guests

Disorganized, majority of staff was helpful, bathroom needs to be updated. Some staff members need better training. Internet issue couldn’t to fixed during my three days stay. Only 2 devices are allowed to connect the internet in 2022 - far less than normal. Breakfast was ok- milk smelled like sitting for days when I used in serial. Manager was humble and apologetic for the other staff member ( a tall guy) who didn’t care how long I was standing while entertaining unmannered customers didn’t care who was in front of him in-line. Short of staff. Couldn’t even find a taxi one evening for 45 minutes. Convenient to walk the malls. Good gym facility outdated equipments though e.g. treadmills. Entrance of the hotel was clean and grand. Overall- disappointing, wouldn’t like to stay again here

Disappointed 😞
Outdated. It is over 20 years old and it shows in the rooms. The toilet and hot water issues is quiet bad. The best part is the lobby and the garden thus better just to go and visit. Service is good though.

This is 2 Time I stayed here . 1st time air conditioning breakdown for whole day in peak summer . This time the rooms where not fully prepared/ no ala carte lunch available/ bell captain services zero / no internal phones - one has to call Through outside mobile no. - this problem exits since months . Will never start here
