My stay at the Grand Hyatt was ok. Nothing out of the ordinary. It’s a good hotel with pleasant staffs. The only disappointing fact was the lack of lunch and dinner options. The menu and the food at the current main (and only) restaurant was not so great. However the coffee shop within the hotel was pretty good but the only good options are sandwiches and salades. It looks like the hotel will soon open two new restaurants which should resolve the issue. I wouldn’t mind returning then. I would recommend if you have to stay in that area.

Después de meses sin visitar este establecimiento por mucho ruido en las habitaciones durante la noche/madrugada, me ha vuelto a suceder. A media noche, cerca de las 5h, se presentan los vecinos de habitación y se ponen de juerga hasta las 8h. Es intolerable que un hotel de esta categoria permita estos comportamientos. Tenía reserva para el dia 3 de marzo y ya la he cancelado.

Absolutely loves my stay at Sofia. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are comfortable and modern. Staff was incredibly nice. The gym is very nice with good equipment. Recommend getting breakfast there, it is delicious with a lot of options and the service was impecable. Shout ouy to Emilio who was the nicest, kindest person and made and increidle macchiato. The area is pretty good, felt very safe. Corte ingles is about a 6-8 min walk, so great shopping. There is a supermarket about a 8mjn walk, and incredible dining optipns (Casa Petra is the BEST, and aspic was great too). The hotel has s coffee shop. There is a starbucks 2 min away, as well as a pharmacy and a place to grab a beer. I cannot stress enough how great the service was. The hotel is super clean too. I absolutely loves this hotel and would definitely come back.

Extremely nice and attentive hotel staff. Probably the most friendly staff I ever dealt with in a hotel. The location is a bit suburban, but there is a direct metro line to the city center that leaves super close to hotel which makes sightseeing easy.

Huoneessa ilmeni ongelmia (hanoista tuli vain tulikuumaa vettä) ja pyysimme uutta huonetta. Uusi huone oli halvemmasta hintaluokasta (ja liikuntarajoitteisille, eli hyvin karsittu sisustukseltaan) ja haisi viemärille (ei ollut varmaan käytetty pitkään aikaan), pyysimme jälleen uutta huonetta. Emme saaneet mitään pientä hyvitystä siitä, että hommaan meni lyhyen reissun yksi aamupäivistä. Spa on maksullinen, mutta ei 30€:n arvoinen. Spa-tilat epäsiistit, ympäriinsä käytettyjä pyyhkeitä, kylpytakkeja jne. Aamupalalla ystävällinen henkilökunta, aamiainen ok. Puhelimeen ei vastattu koskaan (sitä oikein mainostettiin sisäänkirjautuessa, että soitelkaa jos on mitään missä kaipaatte apua), respassa sai jonotella turhan pitkään olipa kyseessä mikä vuorokauden aika tahansa. Ei missään nimessä 5 tähden hotelli, ennemminkin 4.

樓下整日有雜聲
房間樓下整晚有嘈雜聲音似是空調散熱聲音。坐了20 小時飛機,晚上卻不能入睡休息。影響整個行程!

飛行機が欠航になり、2泊延泊になり最後の1日は、空港のよりのホテルに泊まりたかったので、急遽宿泊しました。 せっかくなので、空港に近く、なおかつ工事中のカンプ・ノウの近くにしました。 早めのチェックインにも対応して頂き、直ぐに部屋に入れました。設備、清潔さなどは、日本のホテルと変わらない感じで、日本に帰った気がしたほどです(笑)。カンプ・ノウもとても近く、周りの環境もとても良かったです。スタッフの対応もとても良く、不自由なく快適に過ごせました。空港まで道路も混んでなく、30程度でスムーズに着くことが出来ました。
